There are countless meditation practices out there, and countless reasons to learn to meditate. Luckily for You, this meditation practice consistently ranks as one of the easiest and most effective. Take advantage of my 40 years’ expertise in teaching people to transcend. QuietPath Meditation is effortless. Its like a twenty minute vacation. Anyone can do it, and the effects are immediate because it is a completely natural technique.
Life immediately starts to improve. The inner growth this meditation brings about is like being released from prison, the prison of stress that effects us all, even if we regard ourselves as healthy. We become more our true selves as stress and fatigue is removed and we start to use more of our unlimited potential. Classes are held in a comfortable setting in the Inner Sunset district. Or, you can arrange to have classes in your area. You’ll be glad you did.
History
Established in 1994.
I learned this meditation practice in 1970 and became an instructor in 1973. I taught through another organization for many years, and opted to go independent in 1994.
