The new concept and location supports the Project Juice team’s mission to help customers feel awesome through the power of exceptional juice and clean food. The menu will feature several new categories, including superfood bowls, breakfast bowls, and cold drinks on tap, in addition to the company’s signature certified non-GMO cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies and grab-and-go-foods. Many new products will come via collaborations with local artisans, including gluten-free baked goods from Jane, tea from Samovar and coffee from Sightglass.
The Test Kitchen’s latest offerings will also provide a haven from the unpredictable San Francisco chill, with warm menu items, including oatmeal bowls, hot soups, and warm wellness elixirs. All items served will be dairy, gluten, peanut and soy-free, making it a friendly stop for anyone with common food sensitivities and allergies.
Customers of the Project Juice Test Kitchen will be the first to try the new menu items, before they appear at the company’s additional locations throughout Northern and Southern California. Customer feedback will play an integral role in the development of the menu.
