Project Drop is a San Francisco-​based fitness project crafted to fuel teamwork, inspire a healthy lifestyle, and motivate you while having fun. Our mission: to forge the ultimate full-​body workout helping people achieve their goals through high intensity variable group fitness. The programming will be ever-​changing, with a focus on bodyweight exercises, strength training, and cardio (who doesn’t love a good stair workout!) The location and date/​time will be announced on our Facebook page. First class is free — come check it out!

History

Established in 2014.

Ryan & Jenna are fitness buffs. They loved organizing group workouts at different spots around San Francisco, and their friends joked about starting something of their own. One day they decided to go for it and set out to start a fitness project.

Meet the Business Owner

Ryan B. and Jenna S.

Business Owner

Ryan has long history with health and wellness — from soccer, to martial arts, to CrossFit. He is passionate about inspiring people to live a sustainable and healthy life. In addition to fitness and coaching, he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including climbing, snowboarding and mountaineering.

Jenna has a background in gymnastics and went on to dive and cheer in high school. She then was a cheerleader at the University of Arizona for 4 years. After college, she found herself doing CrossFit, running, yoga, and many other activities that she found challenging. Body weight fitness movements are her specialty, and she’ll be sure to bring a level of positive motivation to each class. She is constantly looking for new ideas to incorporate and help people have fun while feeling good about themselves.
