Usually great attendants and employees, but tonight I arrived at 9:03 (LITERALLY) to pick up my car, and found out that after 9PM SHARP you have to call a special number and pt $ 100 in cash for the guy to come open the gate…
I will park at the Hilton next time for $ 20, thanks.:.

I’ve parked here many time, since I work in the same building.
But today, because of the bart strike, they say no early bird special, and then try to tack on $ 20 ($ 55 total) because I have a truck. Even though I’ve parked that truck here for the same normal price.
Hey parking guy, Go tell your manager that you just cost them hundreds of dollars because I’m never parking there again. You’re not the only parking garage in the area.

Zero stars should be an option. These guys charged me for 16 minutes (5.50 for the first 15 minutes, then an additional 4.00 for the next fifteen) when I was talking to them for the first several minutes I was there. They should have charged me for the time I was parked, not the time we sorted out tickets, car locations, etc. bad service and too expensive. Rude when I tried to talk to them about it-the guy wouldn’t even respond.

Expensive but at least I know my car is safe. And I didn’t have to walk far at all.
All parking is expensive and annoying in the City.
Don’t park here if you’re in a hurry. They have to take cars up and down elevators which could be a time suck.

Used to be good until Aug 23^rd they tried to charge me $ 53 in advance and I had never paid more than mid 30’s.
I left and they became abusive and then found the whole thing amusing, DO NOT PARK here. BTWIf you are an attractive woman you will get good service

Priority parking is unresponsive to repeated requests for refunds for being overcharged. They hire rude employees who threaten customers by holding their cars ransom if you don’t pay them their overpriced rates.

These guys are total scam artist beware. They have an early bird special in San Francisco for 10 bucks. I parked my car at 7am. Went to get it at noon but they said they would charge me 36. Apparently u can’t pick your car up before 1pm once parked. Although it says it in the sign once the worker reshowed me it. Who would think u can’t pick your car up early. That just blew my mind. Talked to the manager and he said read the sign better next time. Terrible place don’t go here. (Priority Parking the company is not a good one!)

This place has a few things going for it. I like that it is down an alley, right off Kearny, in the middle of the busy financial district. The kid in me LOVES the elevator. No matter how many times I park here, I still love to see my ride go for a ride. Also, the guys working here are very friendly and do their best to take care of your car.
I would rate them higher were it not for pricing. Today I was in SF for just over 2 hours for a meeting midday. Guess what the price was… go on, guess…
Yep, $ 30. Sigh. I hope I can run it through.
