Adrian went above and beyond with the work I brought to Prints Etc. I had two very old and very large maps that unbeknownst to me had extensive water damage making it so the paper wouldn’t lie flat. Adrian took one look at them and explained to me the problem. She also went over the the downsides of framing the maps in their present condition — there was no hard sell here, she was clearly looking out for my best interest. Fortunately, she also said that she thought she could fix it – and fix it she did! Adrian was able to remove a good 95% of the problem and the two maps look spectacular framed! She also worked on another small antique map and selected a mat and frame that I never would have chosen but which really make the piece pop. This isn’t your run-​of-​the-​mill framing shop — they clearly bring real skill, talent, and artistry to every piece of work and I’m so glad I found them. You can go a cheaper route, but you won’t get the care and expertise that you get at Prints Etc. Here you’ll get your money’s worth.

Not just for high-​end framing, these ladies were very helpful (and gracious!) in helping me purchase the right size of UV-​safe glass. When the glass on the picture shipped to me across country broke in transit, I needed a new piece to protect my lovely wall hanging. Adrienne and Liz were super helpful in explaining my options, gave me a great price, and marked the glass for easy installation. I would take all projects — both DIY and high-​end — here!

Adrienne was super helpful and delivered superb quality work in a much shorter timeline than I had anticipated. The shop is lovely and it feels great to support a small business that really takes pride in the work they deliver.

I had a great experience here. I had 3 things framed, for my husband, last minute for christmas. I gave them very little notice and time to do it in and they nailed it. They even finished earlier than expected. The final products looked amazing and professional. Everyone working there was kind, courteous and helpful.

I took a bunch of posters and photographs that had been collecting dust in a drawer over the years to be framed this summer. Prints etc. killed it.
Because a few of the items were odd sizes, custom framing was out of my budget, but Adrianne was super helpful. She told me the closest standard size frame for each piece which I then bought from an art supplies store nearby. Adrianne then helped me pick matting for each and mounted 6 pieces in total for me. Everything came out looking awesome without breaking the bank. Would absolutely recommend Prints etc.

I used this printing company for our math art for RSA and Adrian was amazing. Her customer service skills is top notch and I highly recommend her for any framing project that needs to be completed around San Francisco. She not only meets my deadlines, but the quality of the work is excellent. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future.
