Went in yesterday to get some naan. It is one of my obsessions since my visits overseas. The price was right. $ 1 per and they were cooked not heated from a package. I plan on visiting soon for a full meal.

Surprisingly delicious, and for delivery, too! I was feeling adventurous when I decided on Preet, because it served both Indian food AND pizza, and upon checking the menu, realized they also had sandwiches. Usually, I’m unsure about places that have a bunch of choices and no specialties, but an Indian pizza sounded too interesting to pass up(also, I am a big fan of place that serve both Chinese food and donuts, so it would make me a hypocrite to not want to try this). I used Eat24 to place my order of Indian chicken pizza, lamb tikka masala, garlic naan, and… wait for it… chili cheese naan. I mean, what is even that last one?! I had to know, so I ordered two. Spoiler alert: It wasn’t at all like chili cheese fries, which was kind of a disappointment, but I think it would’ve been interesting anyway. I could only tell there was a difference because one of them had cheese, which was awesome. But the lamb tikka masala was quite amazing. I’m no expert on lamb, but the boyfriend is, and he gave his approval of the stew. He could also not tell which naan was which, but the tikka masala was so good that we didn’t really care. The Indian pizza was very interesting! I liked the spinach curry sauce, though I could do without all the onions. I also don’t like tandoori chicken not covered in tikka masala, so that was another factor. However, it was still good. I could only eat one piece, but the boyfriend and our friend quite liked it. I would definitely order from this place again, for surprising me with its delicious food despite not having a set special. The delivery was also relatively quick and the food came packaged nicely. Nomz!

place is pretty good, but i got a stomach-ache after eating their briyani. think i just wasn’t used the amount of oil they used in the dish, but otherwise tasted pretty good. also prices are a little bit high for western addition.

We ordered take out from Preet Palace. Shortly after ordering, I got a call saying they were«out» of the lamb boti kabob. I asked if there was any other lamb kabobs to which the gentleman suggested the seekh kabob. I said sure. I then asked if there was a price difference(I’d already paid on EAT24) and he said«don’t worry about it». After I looked it up, I realized that the seekh kabobs are actually cheaper. When the food arrived(seekh kabob, chicken tikka, chicken korma, meat samosas, naan) I was surprised that the kebabs didn’t come in containers. They were just balled up in foil. The samosas, naan and korma were decent(4⁄5) but the chicken tikka and seekh kabob were SUUUPERDRY. It was such a shame because they were flavoured nicely but I couldn’t believe how overcooked these were(1⁄5). Not impressed, will not be ordering from here again.

Wow, I’m thoroughly impressed with their Indian pizza. I’ve never had pizza with spinach curry with cauliflower before but it was delicious! They make the pizza crust in front of you fresh and it was a mix of crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside; just the way I like it :-) Minus one star for the location — it’s not their fault but people sitting outside on the street corner smoke cigarettes and pot and the scent wafts inside. They do delivery though so you don’t have to smell it!

I’ve ordered here several times and each time the food has been good. Interestingly, the first thing I ordered was the cheeseburger and fried chicken… delicious. I have had the vindaloo lamb and chicken, chicken tikka masala, samosa, prawn vindaloo matta paneer and have never been disappointed. Only thing I recommend not ordering are the kababs; too dry for my taste. And the best part they deliver!

Thank you, Preet Palace, for satisfying my Saturday night craving for Indian food. .. deliciously! I ordered Samosas, Chicken Tikka Masala, and an Indian Chicken Salad. It was a great meal. .. and now I am so full that I can barely type. Reasonably priced, and prompt delivery. I will call again.

No idea how anyone could rate this place above three stars. I ordered their lunch special for $ 5.95. While not a bad price, it was mostly just white rice. I counted 8 chunks of chicken in some indistinguishable sauce. I’m glad I got it to go because once I tasted it I added tons of red pepper flakes and red curry powder since the sauce lacked any flavor. No idea what I just ate but all I know was it was chicken in a sauce with no vegetables. I have had the pizza here and it was only ok. It was pretty cheap but had practically no toppings. I almost would have rather had a cheese pizza.

Great option when my favorite Indian place isn’t delivering! Tried Preet Palace for the first time last month. Ordered via Eat24 since I had a $ 2 off coupon code. Samosas($ 3.25) — 2 per order, crisp and spiced vegetable puffs filled with potatoes and peas. Sooo good with the cilantro dipping sauce or the tikka masala curry! Chicken tikka masala($ 10.95) — Bbq’ed boneless breast sauteed on sauce with herbs and spices. Had a good amount of spice without overpowering the whole dish. Garlic naan($ 2.50) — Stuffed with a mixture of chopped garlic, fresh cilantro, herbs and spices. The perfect edible utensil for my tikka masala! Not too oily with a nice garlicky chew. Would definitely order from them again. Delivery was fast and easy. And everything was packed well.

I love the food here. I order once every 3 weeks or so and I always get the same things: Naan, chicken tikka masala, saag aloo, tandoori chicken, vegetable korma, and usually two other veggie dishes. The food is rich, flavorful, and consistent. Note, I’ve never been there, only ordered, but their online ordering is flawless. Never had an issue, only good, quality, Indian.

I really like their tandoori chicken & love the sweet kabli naan, but taking an hour and a half for delivery!!! That’s pretty bad… Not sure if that’s typical in SF, but it really sucks when you’re hungry, I don’t care who you are… Preet palace… Looks like I will be going elsewhere.

This review is for their Indian Food and Service only. ordered on at 1030p. I was starving. wait time was about 60min. That’s fine– they quoted around 55−65min. Anyone who reviewed this and said it was great or even good Indian food must be HALLUCINATING. I ordered the following: Allu Gabi– BLAND Chala Masala-Decent but not nearly as good as I’ve had in the past. Dal Makhani– BLAND Vegetable Khorma-BLAND Where the hell are all the Indian spices and flavors??? Naan was fine. Can’t really go wrong. I can normally eat until I look pregnant, but I only ate like a spoonful of each curry. This food was so disappointing. The delivery guy was the WORST. I buzz him in, as I’m going to opening my door to the hallway to let him in, I hear him yelling at the top of his lungs! Really? He doesn’t even come to the top. He just leaves my delivery on the floor and says, «Here, take your delivery.» and leaves. NEVER eating here again.

A truly eye-opening experience; until today I had no idea Indian food could suck. The overall lack of flavor was troubling. Nothing tasted very good and both the potatoes and garbanzo beans were clearly undercooked. The naan had a density and chewiness that suggested it was store-bought, but I can’t say for certain. Can’t picture myself eating here again.

THISPLACEISTHEBOMBDOTCOM!!! Seriously, This is my FAVORITE place to order from, and I’ll tell you why – THESELECTIONOFFOODTHEYOFFERISMAGINIFICENT! Delicious Indian Food, Burgers, Pizza… it goes on and on! Some of my other favored restaurants have great food, but I always end up ordering the same thing because those are the most appealing options of what’s offered on the menu. With Preet, Everybody who might want something different, or if you’re like me find it decadent to eat Indian Delivery with your American Delivery — THIS place will spoil you on that desire. And the value is there. I’m always surprised at my total — and pleasantly so! The portions are generous and the food is delicious. They arrive when they promise, though for me(being sufficiently far from them) it is seldom faster than advertised — but that is fair. Selection of soft drinks superior to every other place I order from. I LOVEPREETPALACE!!!

Excellent! I ordered my first delivery of their Indian food tonight — have previously ordered pizza, and once the Indian pizza(«heaven»). I was a little apprehensive — wondering how a pizza parlor would do on Indian dishes. I stop by regularly for a slice or two(best deal in town for a la carte Pizza slices — $ 2.50 gives you 2 huge slices that count as 1 at check out). Not only was I satisfied — it’s great! This place, believe it or not, has the best, most authentic, most enjoyable Indian food in the Bay Area! Awesome! Based on tonight’s order, I recommend the Fish Vindaloo, Veggie Samosas, and their wonderfully seasoned rice(I just got the basmati rice — seasoned with caraway and other delightful spices — more fragrant and ‘bright-tasting’ basmati I’ve ever had). Do try the tamarind sauce that comes with the samosas. Cilantro sauce is also excellent, and very very fresh. Everything is. My 1 criticism? It was so good that, despite my belly being beyond full, I ate every last bit of it tonight. By myself. Including dessert: Gulab Jamun, a dish I’ve never liked but do now. One last comment: I am very picky about Indian food. I learned how to cook it by a native of Mumbai. And my boss for 4 years, originally from Delhi, brought handmade treats from his mother to the office after visiting family. I don’t compliment easily. And this place I recommend with the highest confidence that you will love their food… and it’s worth every penny and more. Enjoy! Gabriel

Awesome Indian food fast delivery and I love their Indian style pizzas. Also I have had a lot of bad experience with ordering for Indian food delivery but I was so amazed at how fast they brought the food from Preet Palace. Love this place and they are now my new favorite Indian food delivery. I recommend their Indian pizzas, chicken tikka masala, lamb biryani

I was so hungry I nearly cried after opening the takeout box. My «tandoori» chicken was just two under-baked chicken legs slathered in canola oil. The meat tasted strange(maybe bad?) and went straight into the trash. Avoid!

Four stars, what? Maybe the pizza is good, but skip the Indian food. The tandoori chicken tasted so off that it went straight into the trash(a first for us). The chicken tikka masala was edible, but loaded with salt and not spicy at all. The«naan» is essentially under-baked pizza crust. Somebody else mentioned that the heat in the ovens is obviously not turned up to what it should be, and that’s evident because everything tastes undercooked. Skip, skip, skip.

This is an OK pizza place. The fact they give it an Indian spin makes it a 4 star place. The ingredients they used on my Indian Chicken pizza were fresh. Being a native New Yorker — I am a pizza snob. If the dough was a little thinner and the Pizza oven was hotter, I think it would be a 5 star pie.

Welcome to Fillmore, Preet Palace! We came here because we wanted Dibbs BBQ, but instead decided to try out the new place. We had the Chicken Indian Pizza(Medium was 14″ in diameter), and saag paneer with chapati. The pizza was one of the BEST Indian pizzas I’ve ever had!!! They were really nice, and apologized for the place still being put together. There are 5 – 6 little 2-person tables, and the atmosphere is definitely more take-out than sit-down. It’s a bit quirky, with no tablecloths or silverware. Will definitely have to try their delivery service, since they also serve pasta, sammiches, and RIBS… quite intrigued by all of those!
