Meet the Manager
Jim N.
Manager
As director of the Posada Art Foundation which manages the Brady Nikas Collection containing over 2,300 works or art and related items representing one of the largest and most significant collections in the United States of work by Mexican artists Jose Guadalupe Posada (1852 – 1913) and Manuel Manilla (1830 – 1895). I have been fortunate to serve as curator or to participate in over two dozen exhibitions of work by Jose Guadalupe Posada. I have been invited to lecture art schools like the San Francisco Art Institute, Mexican Consulates and at institutions such as East Los Angeles College and Stanford University. In 2014, we completed the first English language documentary about Posada, winning Best Documentary Short at the 2015 Jerome Film and Music Festival.
