Specialties
We take the business of the body very seriously. Whether you are suffering from low grade back pain to an acute ruptured disc issue, we can provide help. We also specialize in pre and post natal, osteoporosis management, sports related injuries, dance injuries, knee and hip replacements, shoulder impingement, etc…
History
Established in 2002.
When Jen Bishop and Jen Perfilio met in New York while dancing professionally together in the same company, their passion for healing began a long lasting relationship which eventually developed into their own pilates studio, Pilates On Page in San Francisco. As dancers, we have always strived to heal ourselves by investigating the reasons behind our pain, not merely masking them with anti– inflammatory each time. We discovered a love for how the body works and want to share it with all.

Business Owner
Jennifer Bishop has been dancing professionally for 13 years, thus being injured and recovering from injuries on a daily basis. She began Pilates training while at the University of Utah 15 years ago with kinesiologist, Sally Fitt. Sally was such a mentor that Jen went on and recieved her pilates certification under Carol Appel in San Francisco and Mill Valley. She continues her kinesiology/pilates education through Jean –Claude West.
