Meet the Business Owner
Pennie S.
Business Owner
I am passionate about helping adults and children learn how to take more responsibility for their whole person well-being: Physical, mental and social through research based mind-body approaches and safe time-honored traditional techniques.
Our most important asset is our health and happiness. The stressors of everyday life impact this valuable asset. Between 65%-90% of doctor’s visits are for conditions in which stress plays a role. Today-more than ever before-we as a nation need a concerted effort to learn life skills that improve our health. Despite extraordinary advances in medicine, Americans are increasingly less healthy. About 50% of Americans suffer from a chronic disease, and the rates are on the rise. The majority of these conditions could have been prevented or symptoms reduced with lifestyle changes and better life skills.
