Being overwhelmed with paperwork takes you away from the important tasks of building your brand and your business. Pamela has over 10 years of bookkeeping experience in small businesses, and managed others’ businesses for more than 12 years. She will assess your business needs with you, and we’ll decide what the scope of work will be. We’ll make a plan to get & keep your books and your business in order. She works remotely, and can work onsite if needed. Pamela is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and has become a highly technical and detail-​oriented Quickbooks user, with an extensive support network.

History

Established in 2009.

For ten years, Pamela helped small businesses manage their companies. From a three-​person design shop to a 35-​person mortgage brokerage, Pamela was the main accounting, HR, and administrative person for the owners. Now she prefers to focus on the bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and fiscal efficiency of small businesses. She started a real estate business in 2006, so she knows the basics about Business Licenses, contracts, and corporate setup.

Pamela started Pamela’s Bookkeeping in 2009 to focus on bookkeeping and consulting for small businesses and individuals. She will organize and update your accounting files, and work with your CPA or attorney, or recommend one, to make sure you’re well organized, prepared to submit your taxes, and that your ongoing bookkeeping needs are met.

Growing up in a small, three-​generation family business taught Pamela the importance of communication, flexibility, and self-​reliance. She grew up surrounded by entrepreneurs, and continues to work closely with entrepreneurs in small and start-​up businesses. Every client has led her to new technical and business knowledge. QuickBooks is a powerful program with many uses & possibilities, which Pamela enjoys utilizing and expanding upon.
