Geoffrey is an amazing technician who has done 3 different repair jobs for two different computers for me. Each was done incredibly well, as quickly as it could be done, and for very reasonable prices. I absolutely trust him and will go to him with any similar problems in the future.

Geoffrey is the best thing that every happened to me in the IT department/​computers. I’ve been going to him for over 6 years. He has set up an excellent external hard-​drive backup system, fixed all my computer hardware and software issues.

I have been taking my PC to Geoffrey for over 8 years. He is amazing. He recovered data, built a computer for me, helped with diagnostics and performance. The best thing is that he explains everything he does clearly and i always feel my problem has been taken care of.

Geoffrey was good at listening to my problem, asking questions and offering insight. He took a lot of time to make sure he understood the what had happened and what solution I wanted. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it even though he completed far more work than he’d originally said would be included in the price… but he didn’t charge extra… All this and it was still less expensive than having Geek Squad even look at the computer. Thumbs up!

Geoffrey really knows his stuff. I’m not computer savvy but when I had a problem, he listened and was patient and FIXED my computer! He was prompt on servicing my computer and extremely reasonably priced for his expertise and services. I was referred to him and now, I would refer others to him!

Jeffry is my HERO! he recovered about 60 gigs of images from my hard drive (i was told over and over again by others that the information was gone)! also, this guy is super friendly and PATIENT. there were excessive phone calls and questions on my part (prior to taking in) he was always very helpful and informative! as long as i live in S.F. this is who i will consult regarding any computer matter.
