Wendy E.

Business Owner

Wendy has over 18 years of experience in providing tax compliance and consulting services to start-​up and middle market companies in a variety of industries, including Consumer and Industrial Products, with an emphasis in food and beverage;Technology, and Real Estate. In providing a complete and holistic service model, she often provides tax services to business owners as well.

Additionally, she has successfully represented individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board during examinations.

Outside of her work at OUM & Co., Wendy continues to mold the accounting minds of the future as Guest Professor at San Francisco State University Graduate School of Business.
