Orthosomatics by Peter Kanios

Peter is a god. The first time I went to Peter, I was bent over and curved to the right. I couldn’t stand up. I had been doing physical therapy, etc. Nothing worked. I left Peter’s massage table able to stand upright. He is really interested in your health and will give you movements to keep getting better on your own. He is also really nice guy who is easy to be around.

I broke my collar bone and was having a lot of pain in my shoulder and back. Pete helped me get back mobility and release my muscles so the pain stopped. It was a gentle kind of approach that was perfect for my mending body. Thanks Pete!

As a former physical therapist & massage practitioner I have pretty high standards, and Peter is not only the most gifted & intuitive therapist I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with but also the only person I trust with my neck when it acts up. His training in orthosomatics elevated his practice to an entirely new plane, and I would recommend him without reservation to anyone experiencing either acute or chronic conditions that they want help proactively managing.

I’ve been going to Peter regularly since September 2006. I have a back condition, and his treatments keep me moving. I would describe his bodywork as part physical therapy, part massage. He has helped me recover from knee surgery and a lower back disorder. The work he does with me keeps my lower back strong and prevents flare-​ups. To get the most from Peter, you need to be prepared to do some movement yourself during the treatment. It’s quite remarkable how effective he is with only small movements that re-​train your muscles.
Since going to Peter for so long, he has become extremely skilled at responding to my issues effectively. I would not have put all this time and money into this treatment if it weren’t so incredibly effective. So if you have body pain and want to get yourself over the pain and moving again, I recommend Peter and his orthosomatic treatments very highly.
