One Stop Shuttle

ZERO STARS!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE… emailed for a quote and received, «WALK-It’s Free!!!» Seriously??? That’s how you reply to potential customers. Their website states, «We charge the same price, but you don’t share the ride.» DON’T BOTHER, just pay the extra charge and book with good-​standing businesses!!!
As a business owners of two highly successful restaurants in San Francisco who happens to know numerous amounts of people that fly to and from SFO and SJC… I’m sure they will never use your business.
Crappy and completely unprofessional… RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!

I sure wish I’d seen these reviews before I counted on them to pick me up for an early flight. Confirmed with some moron the night before, was assured there’d be no problem. They no-​showed, didn’t answer any phone, nor respond to message with even an apology. Drove myself, barely made flight by the time I left. DON’T YOU DARE CALL THEM!!!

Darn. I was hoping I could give «zero stars» but fancy pants «Mr. Unilocal» won’t let me.
Ohhhhhh One Stop. How do Ioathe thee… let me count the ways. Let’s see. #1 An ancient Chinese proverb says: To run shuttle business, one must run shuttle. One Stop must have missed this proverb. If you’re lucky, they MIGHT answer your phone call. They might EVEN take your reservation. But if you think that your «shuttle» reservation actually comes with a «shuttle» (instead of 20 frantic phone calls on the day of your flight which go un-​answered, or are picked up and promptly hung up on)…then you may want to search elsewhere. #2 One Stop doesn’t care that they will soon be put out of business because of my massive marketing campaign to make city residents aware of their poor service.
#3 I will not stop until they are on the «Do Not Do Business With List.» (if you don’t know about this list… trust me, you don’t want to be on it).
