Established in 2010.

Noir Event’s founder and Director, Rocío Medina, started her events career in 2000. Rocío worked for many years in the corporate world gaining experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Design and production both nationally and internationally.

The events ranged from corporate internal meetings, expos, trade shows, celebrity events, casting calls, to televised Poker Tournaments, and so forth.
