I’ve been to a couple different therapists and I find Nicole to be very easy going and easy to talk to, but she pushes me which is what I need. I came to Nicole because my OB recommended I see a therapist. I was hitting a wall after having a baby and a lot of difficulat emotions were coming up for me. I was internalizing all of my feelings and was really aggitated. After a couple months with Nicole I started to think about things differently. More importantly, she helped me deal with serious issues I had with my family. I really feel like the investment I made will pay of for years in my relationship with my family and partner.
Her office is pretty small but its comfortable and cozy. Parking was easy in Bernal which is important since I was going on a regular basis and I did not want to waste time.
