This is a filipino scam ring, and they use bogus addresses as their company address.

These scammers have been fraudulently charging people’s credit cards, stealing their identities, and violating real estate laws for several years without getting caught.
I can’t believe they are still in business. I would have thought the FBI could take them down.

This place is either false/​shady advertising business or they are a complete fraud. I actually called their number (obviously their ad could be spotted as spam by a 90 year old mentally handicapped person) but the person just started saying they do rent and hung up on me!
SCREW this company and flag them out of Craigslist already. Who the hell goes and posts 15 numbers on Craigslist in one day? If they were legit I don’t think they’d have to resort to that crap. Especially if they WERE correct in that people were all being foreclosed on and it’s soooo easy to get in one.
Except they need customers so bad they have to post an ad with a fake property, fake pictures, completely fraudulent and post ¹⁄₃ of the market price.

There’s a few, I don’t know how many more people need to be scammed before SOME regulatory board takes notice. It disgusts me how people are not only scamming people on Craigslist, but they are also scamming them out of stupid small monthly fees and these are people hurting during this economy. I hope the owner here gets a nice cozy cell next to the Enron gang.

This company is a joke! I received one list from them, but for the wrong area. I’ve not received one list in 3 months from them for the areas I was interested in, but they sure seem to keep debiting my account, even after I wrote them to stop the service.
I tried calling to get them to stop service and you cannot talk to a live human being. Emails are never responded to, either. This place should be put out of business!

I haven’t done business with New Line, but I’m inspired by the abundance and promise of their NYC apartment ads. How did they find an apartment in Chinatown with a view of mountains? Or the place in Tribeca with a private pool in the yard for $ 1500 a month?
Seriously, forty dollars seems like a small pittance for New Line’s ability to bend physics in the interest of affordable real estate. I’ll be scoffing at you naysayers from my 4 bedroom apartment only steps to the beach in Times Square.

I’m really having a problem with this agency. I found them on Craigslist while looking for a rental.
They charge $ 40.00 a week for their service. I’ve had problems getting them to send me the emails with the housing lists. They do seem very good at continuing to charge me every week though.
In my opinion, this service is not a fraud, what they do is legal, but I think I may be better able to find listings on my own as their costumer service is terrible.
