Established in 2007.

Jordie Martin, CMT has been practicing bodywork and massage for the last 5 years. After the first few years of working in spas and wellness centers, Jordie created his own business in the SF Bay Area. His healing sessions are now given from a clean, quiet comfortable studio in his home on the Panhandle.

With a sensitive touch, keen understanding of functional anatomy, and attention to the specific needs of every individual, Jordie works with the musculature, breath and energetic pathways to release tension, decrease pain and rehabilitate injuries. Compassion and non-​judgment are the principles behind which Jordie stands in his work. He believes that the combination of informed touch and the holding of nurturing space is the key to peeling back the constricting layers of stress, allow ing one’s true nature to flourish.

Jordie originally trained at the NeuroSomatic Therapy Institue in Nelson, British Columbia in 2003. He has also completed training in Transformational Bodywork with Fred Mitouer in Gualala, CA, and in Acupressure at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley.

When not doing healing work, Jordie divides his time between furthering his studies, playing music, cooking, yoga, and gardening.
