Jim provided amazing service going above and beyond my expectations. Here is my story:
I have a business meeting in two days and I haven’t printed business cards. I prototyped and designed a card from 11:30 AM till 12:30 PM. After that I tried to get it printed by the usual on-​line suspects with next day delivery; No dice. I call Jim’s 1:16 PM (I’m looking at my call log) and ask if he can have the cards done by tomorrow. He assures me that he can have them done and I email him the design files. 4:38 PM he calls back and the cards are done! I picked them up around 5:00 PM and they look AMAZING.
I would highly recommend for future business.

It’s such a pleasure to work with Jim Nelson Printing! I run a small business and I’ve been printing more and more materials because it’s so easy to work with him. His prices are very reasonable and the quality is very high — plus he’s just a prince to work with. Besides the amazing service, I love that Jim is really interested in his customers and their needs. The first time I went there, he spent a lot of time learning about my company and suggesting ways in which he might help me with my materials.
IN fact, he actually came over and dropped off some materials to us the other day on his way home. If that was not enough, he heard we were preparing to go to a trade show the next week. We had some printed materials but nothing really eye-​catching. So he suggested he could do it — and called a graphic designer we both work with on his way home. The next day — we sent all our information to the designer and she sent it to him — and I got my postcards at 5:30 the very next day! AMAZING!

Being in the neighborhood I’d walk past Nelson Jim printing a lot. If the door was open Jim would often wave, or say good morning to me as I passed, so I was pleased to have an excuse to meet this nice guy, and check out the space.

I run a small business and was in need of some printed materials such as business cards, letterhead, envelopes, ect. I was told by a friend to go to Jim Nelson Printing SF. I was shocked at the service and care I received. My order was under $ 1,000 but they treated me like I spent $ 10,000. The staff was very helpful informing me what my options were and what different directions I could go in as far as a style/​layout/​design.
