On my walk down polk came in here as part of my pizza by the slice hunt. $ 2.50 for a plain cheese. $ 3.50 for hawaiian and the most expensive at $ 4. Two friendly efficient guys go to work and after a few minutes your pizza is ready. A thin crispy crust with a couple bubbles is really great especially considering it isnt freshly baked. 3 tables, 6 chairs in here. A counter to eat at standing when it gets packed late night. A couple regulars come in and one big group helping turnover. You dont have to be hammered to enjoy this pizza its great.

Taste is good but I’m disappointed because they’re too cheap on toppings even though I ordered extra.

Pretty swell pizza made quickly. The staff is friendly, too. I’ve also had the meatballs and spaghetti dinner which was VERYVERY good. I’ll definitely try something different than a pizza the next time I come here. Yes, this place is in the TenderNob, but don’t let that stop you from getting really good food.

The pizza was horrible! The crust was like cardboard and the pizza sauce had no flavor. The only reason I would give two stars was cuz the hot wings were decent. If you want good pizza, don’t go here. If you just need something in your tummy and they are the only place open, take my advice and starve! It’s not worth the calories or the money! Ordered the Napoli large pizza and hot wings.

$ 4 a slice. Crispy, tasty crust. Cheesy. Pesto-y. LOVELOVELOVE. We also got a whole pizza delivered the following night(around $ 20 for a large Greek) and it was just as good as ordering a slice in person. Bomb-ass pizza right here.

Worst pizza and phone service I’ve ever had. Pizza is a joke, I’ve had better out of the frozen food section at Ralph’s. The hot wings? Are so bad that we gave them to the needy person by out hotel along with the whole large pizza minus the slice my GF and I tried. The garlic bread is a store bought sesame seed bun as you can see in the picture. Not only is this gross but the second truly disgusting part of our visit here in SF!!! And that’s only between our hotel check and ordering food!!! Do not order from here unless they’re giving away free food for the people on the streets here that actually need! Shame on you for calling this Italian food and that’s coming from an Italian man!!!

Worst pizza ever. The wings 80% fat. Eww the pepperoni on the pizza extra greasy and cheap ingredients. The pizza drenched in oil. The salad went to the trash what that heck was that. Everything was nasty.

Looking for a slice at midnight in the city, this is your place. It’s close to my hotel and had a higher rating than the place across the street. Most are $ 4 for several toppings, cheese is 2.5 and pepperoni is 3. They run it through their oven so it’s nice and crispy on the bottom. Crust is great too. Nice and doughy. If I lived or drank in this area, I’d get to this joint.

I enjoy a good N.Y. style slice, and here you can get that slice made to order, with any combination, and for quite the reasonable price! Other pizza joints, slice houses you pick from what’s made, here I order pesto for my sauce, or add it to the tomato sauce then I order pepperoni, sausage, onion and extra cheese for less than $ 6!!!(Single topping slices are cheaper!) If you don’t need a box, be kind to mother nature and just use a paper plate! Happy dining and Unilocaling!!!

Words cannot describe how upset i am! Last Sunday, my friend and I stayed at a hotel in SF, we ordered a small pizza and french fries from Napoli Pizza! They said they only accept cash and I don’t usually carry cash with me, i only had a $ 50 bill. So when the delivery guy brought our pizza and french fries he gave me a $ 20, $ 5 and $ 2 bill. I tipped him well… Like i said i don’t really use cash… so after a few days i bought something and wanted to pay for it with my $ 20 bill that the delivery guy gave me, GUESSWHAT! The $ 20 bill is COUNTERFEITMONEY! I technically paid $ 50 for a small pizza and fries since the guy gave me counterfeit money! I so want my $ 50 back! super delicious pizza omg guys for real i had this with my gma and the dough was so yummy, thin but not burnt and all the ingredients werent swimming in cheese it had just the right amount of everything anyway if you want good pizza you have to be specific on how u want it and they will make it just like that!

Came here after a full day of drinking and it was so good! Thick slice, plenty of toppings; fulfilling. Woke up and ate the rest of my slice and still delish! So it wasn’t just the alcohol talking!

Worst delivery service ever. I ordered a pizza and soda and when the delivery was here, the driver called me when he was outside and told me to come down… The whole reason you pay for delivery is so it gets delivered to you AND it was raining and the main reason you don’t go out to eat on rainy nights is because you don’t want to go outside. Then he finally came to my door and buzzed the doorbell for 30 obnoxious seconds and then I opened my door and watched him slowly walk up. He gave me the food and stared at the receipt. I asked if I needed to sign anything and he said yes… But didn’t have a pen. I put my COLD food down to grab a pen and as I am signing it, he tells me, «you live too far for us to deliver to». And I look at him, laugh and say ‚“don’t worry, you won’t be having my business to come back to”. Very rude and awful service to a NEW customer. Never going back!

Can’t really go wrong with $ 4 for a slice of pizza when you got the drunchies going on. Both the Combo and San Francisco were not bad — they definitely don’t skimp on the toppings. They were even nice enough to add extra olives for no extra charge when we asked. :) The area this restaurant is located in is a little(okay, pretty) sketch, so I would not want to venture out here alone. especially if I’m intoxicated. Definitely use the buddy system here at night!

Came here for late night pizza with a friend after a night out on Polk Street in Mayes. I’m actually kind of surprised that not a lot of places were open after 11PM… c’mon, isn’t the city supposed to be alive with the smells of drunchies? Napoli’s delivers delicious and ENORMOUS pizza for an affordable price, but that’s all good if you can overlook the nasty lack of upkeep of the shop. The standing countertops are sticky and disgusting… don’t touch the marbletop unless you have a layer of clothing between you and the table. There were a few other people who looked like they just left the club and were waiting for their $ 4.00 slice of goodness. I got the veggie pizza but substituted the black olives for pesto – BESTDECISIONEVER. There’s no extra fee to sub a topping, so Napoli’s gets two thumbs up for keeping it affordable. I was shocked to see that there were two young boys manning the phone and keeping watch on the cash register… yo, it’s 11PM… aren’t you supposed to be at home fast asleep? Question marks a-plenty for their parents who are probably running the restaurant. This place is clearly family-owned, so that makes this grimy shop seem less disgusting. Delicious and large pizza slices for $ 4.00 – no complaints there. But there are some interesting figures that come out to eat here at night, so be aware of that. However, Napoli’s is still in an OK area on Polk Street, but I wouldn’t come here alone after 10PM. With all of the negatives of the location/cleanliness, I would no doubt come back for the huge portion slice/yummy pizza.

The pizza was a little chewy, but good. Good because I had been drinking. As mentioned in several other reviews, this is a solid spot for a late night craving savings. You really can’t beat the price, especially for San Francisco and for individual slices. My slice was hot and cheesy but definitely a little too chewy for my personal tastes. So maybe it was a slow night and I just got a rubbery older piece, but to be able to critique pizza through the fog of inebriation takes a certain level of pizza quality. Unfortunately that level is at two stars. But three stars for being open late and being solid and price-positive in an otherwise expensive area.
