I’ve known of these guys for years, but finally got a chance to order from them when my fiancé tore his one of a kind T-​shirt with a graphic made by his buddy in England a million years ago…
We corresponded from Easter weekend until yesterday, but answers were always prompt and clear.
I offered to stop by the office to pick up the finished product, but yesterday I was told they were out on business calls, and could offer to drop off if I wasn’t too far away!!! Plus you pay through an online invoice, so simple.
2 hours later my fiancé texts me pics of the finished shirt, and a bonus little bag with same graphic!!!
Outstanding customer service and we will definitely think of some designs to go to you with again!

Found these guys on Unilocal and holy smokes, what a stand up San Francisco business. There are a lot of options in SF when it comes to customized screen printing but let me tell you why My Trick Pony should be your go-​to printer from now on.
First of all, I called a couple places and I wasn’t able to even get a quote from most people because they took forever to respond or they had shirt minimums and our turn around was too short.
Lucky for me I shot over an email to My Trick Pony and they responded with the hour and said «No Problem!» Not only do they cater to small batch shirt orders like ours (25) but they said they could even rush our order and get them to us within 3 days of getting the artwork over to them!
The awesome doesn’t stop their though. Not only did they rush our order so that it was ready for our Friday event but they delivered them to our event at no charge because they were running around town anyways! It was so nice and convenient, especially since I had to stay late at work and would have been late to my event if I had to Über over and pick them up.
Now on to the shirts and tanks which looked AMAZING on everyone. We got the nice American Apparel shirts and tanks and they looked great on everyone.
My Trick Pony is now my go-​to printer. Its not very often these days that you find a small business that puts its customers first and foremost and goes the extra mile to do so. It’s refreshing and in the end it makes for quality service and shirts :)

AMAZING. I had 2 shirts made this week and the turn-​around time, friendly service and quality were all top-​notch! I didn’t have time to pick up my shirts today before they closed, but they went above and beyond and delivered them to my office! I needed some T-​shirts printed and found My Trick Pony through Unilocal.These guys are amazing. Incredibly fast responses to my emails; I gave them my design specs and had proofs back within an hour. Printing itself was the longest part of the process, but within a couple of days the shirts were delivered (another big plus) in a canvas tote bag. I’m very impressed with both the t-​shirt quality (American Apparel) and the print job. MTP is my new go-​to whenever I need anything screen printed!

Matteo and My Trick Pony is truly as good as they get. He took on an almost impossible project that no other company (and I called almost 25) would even consider for any price. He worked closely with me to get everything perfect and the final version came out even better than I could have ever imagined and all for a price that was extremely fair.

My Trick Pony is amazing for custom gear! When I priced out a project of getting American Apparel sweatshirts with our company logo on them, My Trick Pony was the least expensive and, by far, the friendliest! They finished our project fast and hand-​delivered the new sweatshirts themselves!
I always get fast email responses when I send an email about new gear to print — a lot of businesses are too «old school» to do much by email and are way slower to respond. I plan to keep using My Trick Pony for work and personal custom-​printing projects!
