Costomers beware.
My computer would not pair with my wifi. Called this company, they took my credit card information to charge $ 65 for 30 min. of service. They suggested that most probably it would take an hour to fix it. I agreed. In the mean time I call «the geek squad» they suggested that all I needed to do is to create a new password with the wifi company. The advice was free and took 2 seconds. I called them back in 10 min to cancel and their response was «we still will charge you $ 65 because our technician is getting ready to come out to your location».

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to this firm for their wonderful service this day, in the San Ramon, California area. I called late this morning and spoke to a lovely gentleman name «John» who was efficient and most helpful and put me in touch with a computer technician who came this afternoon as my internet was down and netgear driver off. «Robert» did above and beyond in an excellent fashion and very, very knowledgeable. This is one of the FEW times I can honestly say on a weekend day? I received my $ 129 worth of outstanding service and attention.
