Walking into Mr. S Leather you are immediately surprised by size and sheer volume of items available in the store. Everything is arranged in an aesthetically pleasing, organized fashion. Many of the items are manufactured in their shop, or sourced from local artists, which I thought was exceptional. Some reviewers comment on the high prices, however, the merchandise is high quality and the prices reflect that appropriately.
The one thing that truly sets this place apart is the staff. Once inside I was immediately greeted by Sean who found out what I was in there for, walking me over and explaining things as he went. He helped me try on a beautiful leather jacket, commenting on the workmanship of it, the fit and how it looked. I went to browse some more and he checked in once or twice which was great. He is very personable.
Then there was Kiva. She showed me multiple items, explaining them as she showed each addition. She is extremely knowledgeable with a sparkling personality, making me laugh, blush and smile. You can tell the associates enjoy working there. I’ll definitely be back. I recommend checking it out.

I always find their underwear selection very extensive and fun. Their leatherwork is clean and smooth and the staff are very very helpful and knowledgeable (not to mention very easy on the eyes) so I always enjoy my visits here. Get their signature logo zip up fleeces as they are very comfy. As well as their signature jock straps.

I wanted to respond to Kay M’s post. I take my well-​behaved dog into Mr. S pretty regularly. The staff is happy to welcome dogs, and liberally hands out treats. Brooklyn is the incredibly sweet, small male pit bull in the store often, as he belongs to employees. He himself has a disability. He and my dog get along really well. I would never presume to say that he should get out of the way when I come in — and there is no reason whatsoever for him to do so. He is too well behaved. No one should be worried about going to this great store because Brooklyn is there.

Normally; I love this store; and it seriously upsets me to write this review.
I have been to this store numerous times over the years and have been a long-​time customer and supporter. However; today when I was in the store with my SERVICE dog I had an absolutely horrible experience.
My dog was recently attacked and is currently having issues with nose-​to-​nose dog encounters. While this is unfortunate; it should absolutely not be an issue in his service dog usage because we don’t go anywhere where there are free-​range dogs. And when we are in a location such as a store, like Mr. S, service dogs have the right of way, and dogs that are not service animals should not be allowed in the store. Or have to have a proper place to e contained when a service animal enters the store. When I was there just recently; (as in 20 min ago) they had a pitbull running around the store OFF LEASH. This would be absolutely fine if, when I announced that I had a certified service dog, they had put the off-​leash dog in the office, or even simply leashed the dog! My SERVICE DOG would have absolutely no issues if the dog had not kept approaching us, when I tried to tell people that my dog was going to attack the other dog or that there would be a fight, they brushed me off, then they refused to move in their normal dog, and then when the dog came over in a fight started to occur, (growling and snapping) they yelled at ME. And my SERVICE DOG; Who is legally allowed and required to be there by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
I had come into the store to buy two specific items, I was not browsing I was a customer and head then sell for a long time. I am absolutely up hauled at the response and the customer service at this location.
Also, I think that the fact I had to leave may actually have been illegal.
There are caveats about service dog behavior; however even if the pitbull had also been a service dog, they are required to be able to simply leave things alone and not respond or walk over. There would’ve absolutely been NO issue if they hadn’t REPEATEDLY allowed their PittBull to come NOSE TO NOSE with my service dog.

Always something new to see and purchase. Great service from hot staff. Fun events. Mr. S is brings retail merchandising to another level.

I love this store! Excellent products, even more excellent customer service! They have made me a customer for life.

I have a few items from here, latex clothing and neoprene wrist resraints. I use them as props for performing. They are quite addictive and often were not often taken off at the end of the night.
I had some issues with the latex, but thanks to the staff here, those issues were resolved. I was never without something to perform in, and everything was resolved in the end.

They have *EVERYTHING.*

I’ve been shopping here for years and the selection and service is always above and beyond. I recently bought a harness and needed it altered, just a little, and they did it while I waited and did not charge me. And they did this the day before Folsom St. Fair

First off… awesome… second… awesome… anything n everything u need… cbt devices, paddles, floggers in all materials, shackles and leather body bags, puppy paws, hoods and crotch high boots, and hankies even for you hanky code needs… I can go on but you should juay go chexk it out… but it isnt cheap so be preparero drop some cash…

FAIL! What was once a proud Gay owned company that made quality products and offered outstanding service has melted into a «Lifestyle» brand. Or should I say BLAND? If good service is giving customers a blowjob in the dressing room, then I guess I just expect more.
Purchased a jacket that had many defects. After some prodding, I was told the style «was not up to their standards» But they could «fix» the defects. I choose to return it. Another 3 weeks, 2 emails, and a phone call before Mr. S put thru the credit. This is not great service.

I’m new to bondage. I stopped in today with no particular agenda — just some general shopping. Everyone was friendly and eager to help without being bothersome. Rob and Jonathan helped me the most. I asked rookie questions and they eagerly answered without making me feel stupid.
The store itself is huge with a gigantic inventory and is a must-​see.

Got some Fetisg Gear & my briend bought some beautiful Leather Boots. Although everything in this shop is incredibly pricey, it is pure Quality & Authentic. There are other Leather shops in the Folsom Gultch that are naff & tacky in comparison. Yes you are payin the gay man’s dollar, but it is, well worth it.
The staff are attractive & Lovely.

Rob at Mr. S was amazing. I’m a cubby/​chubby guy who has never tried on or worn a harness. I explained what I was looking for and he went to work. The next thing I know I’m shirtless in the store trying on harnesses. We went through 6+ different styles and colors and he listened to my concerns. As someone who wasn’t familiar with leather harnesses I greatly valued his input; he gave me suggestions and asked for my feed back. I valued his opinion. Once we found a few I felt comfortable in I let him make the final discussion because he knows his stuff and because he sees the harness at different angles that I couldn’t see. I love the harness I left with (Others do too ;)). It was a great first experience with leather attire shopping. Thank you very much Rob.

Let’s just say when I walked out of there my bottom was radiating heat. I picked up some hogties and some implements for striking (amazing), but they also had a lot of stuff. Collars, cuffs, spreaders, gloves, gear, and even furniture!
(I don’t know much about toys for sub males, or gay male couples, so I won’t comment on them.)

Nice place. Interesting sights (bi cashier making out with a hot chick) in front of the registers. Lots of leather, as promised. They also have a range of toys… lots of phalluses!
Sales rep = helpful. Let’s just say I needed some very vanilla restraints. But I needed something that was so simple but they just did not have. So between the sales rep and I, we made something with what they had. And it’s been fun to use.
Prices = moderate to expensive. I’m not usually in this market, so it was expensive for me.

Es enorme y está superbien ambientada. creo que cualquier cosa o artilugio fetish que estés buscando lo vas a poder encontrar.
Al final terminé pasándome dos veces por allí. La primera para echar un vistazo y la segunda para comprar.
