I came to Morris & Giacinti for a misdemeanor charge that could have had serious ramifications on my career. Ms. Morris was IMMENSELY helpful, knowledgable, and diligent in regards to my case. I spoke with 7 lawyers regarding the issue, and none of them were nearly as sympathetic to my concerns as she was. She helped me resolve the issue completely for a very reasonable fee, and I am extremely grateful to her for her help! I highly recommend Attorney Morris. Ms. Morris treated my case with care and intelligence. She was able to speak on my behalf and take the emotion out of the situation to reveal that obviously and logically I needed to be reimbursed by the other side for damages. Because of Ms. Morris’ tenacity, hard-​work, and knowledge of the law and mediation, we settled with the other side within 24 hours. I had received payment from the other side by check 3 days later. I would recommend Attorney Morris to my friends because she does not waste your time, she can easily communicate difficult concepts of a case, and made me realize that I have rights.
