Put simply, our goal is to provide comprehensive analysis, objective advice and personalized service to our clients. We are privately owned and our independence enables us to put our clients’ needs first. As a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), we have a fiduciary duty to put our clients’ interests ahead of our own and this is reflected in our business model as a fee-​based firm. We charge a set fee for the financial planning services we provide, and we do not sell products that might influence our advice.

Thanks to our affiliation with Morling & Company (a tax and accounting company), we are able to work seamlessly with CPAs to provide tailored solutions to each client’s unique needs. Our specialty is providing tax-​sensitive financial planning and developing creative solutions for complex situations. We also offer separate investment management services, which can complement your financial needs and success.

History

Established in 1999.

Morling & Company built its business upon that philosophy and goal. During the late 1990s, many clients had financial situations that were becoming more complex. As a trusted advisor, Morling & Company was increasingly approached for financial advice that was unrelated to taxes or accounting. Morling Financial Advisors was borne out of those clients’ needs.

In 1999, Morling Financial Advisors (MFA) was founded in order to provide comprehensive financial planning and objective investment advice. Certified Financial Planners (CFPs) were brought onto the team to serve our client’s financial planning needs. We built our reputation by providing objective and independent advice. For those first few years, MFA provided investment advice to its clients, but left the actual portfolio management to third-​party money managers.
