I’ve been working with Mike for almost two years now. As a photographer, I can say that I have never worked with a more thoughtful and considerate person in this business. Mike was OUTSTANDING. He photographed our wedding on Pebble Beach in Carmel, and he absolutely perfectly captured the look and feel of the day. He was non-​intrusive but got every shot, and worked very well with our wedding coordinator, caterer, and rentals people to make sure it all went smoothly. Our sparklers at the end of the night were particularly illustrative of how good Mike is; in person, they were sort of a hilarious blooper, because they couldn’t really stay lit very long or throw off much light. But in Mike’s pictures, it looks like the fourth of July, and now, that’s how we’ll remember it thanks to Mike’s work.
I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Few experiences have been amazing enough for me to write a Unilocal review, but working with Mike and Andy without a doubt falls into the category of amazing.
From our first meeting my fiancé and I were very comfortable with Mike, he’s the kind of guy you just want to hang out with, have a couple of beers and pick his brain (which we did, a few times).
Mikes energy and demeanor kept Jesse and I calm and always made shooting fun for us, which is key because it’s not all that easy to be lovey dovey in front of someone you don’t know.
For our engagement shoot Mike came up with the idea of doing an underwater shoot and it turned out… unbelievable. All of our friends and family loved the photos from the shoot, we even ended up using them for the centerpieces for our wedding.
The wedding photos, oh. my. god. they are truly the most beautiful photos I’ve ever seen. Seriously, a few of the shots we got after the ceremony at crissy field by the GG bridge could be used as an advertisement campaign as to why you should get married in San Francisco (we wouldn’t have a city deficit after all the wedding license fees came through) .
At the ceremony and the reception Mike and Andy got every shot we could have asked for and more! I think all told we they took over 4,000 pictures that day, and that’s what you want when you’re hiring a photog team, every single shot.
You’re wedding day will only happen once, hiring Mike and Andy insured that we would be able to have the photos of everything that happened that day from 9am-​11pm (seriously these guys are rock stars). We couldn’t be happier with our experience and our photos, without a doubt this was the best thing we spent money on for our wedding.

Just a quick update that we got our photos back and they are absolutely incredible. Mike and Andy totally captured the high energy of the our wedding and reception in such an artistic way. 5 stars well deserved all around from beginning to end.
