Horrible Customer Service, always been a fan of the Toschi Product Line, exceptional quality! However, when I wanted to change my recent order within 5 Minutes of hanging up the phone of my order, I got cussed out by the owner of the company himself. Basically told me what a low life I was for taking up his time & started «FBombing» me even though I just wanted to change the shoe style & not cancel the order. He stated that he already ran the credit card & it was going to cost him $ 18 in fees. I offered to send a check for the fees & eventually said go ahead & process the original order verbally over the phone & emailed him personally to confirm the order but was told to «F off». I’m going to write to every Company that does business with Michael Toschi International to let them know of the horrible experience I had. I’ve boxed up every MT shoe (14 Pairs) and every bit of MT clothing I’ve purchased to donate to Charity. Don’t want to wear or even want to look at «Bad Karma». unbelievable, sad & shocking experience!
Footnote: The Embarcadero Location is no longer open, I drove all the way to SF to visit the Store, only to be closed. This Is what generated the phone call & to place an order over the phone.

I purchased a pair of shoes from a golf club in the North Bay and the shoes are damaged, so I called the headquarters, I believe, in San Francisco, and the people there have the absolute worst customer service on the PLANET!!!
When I asked about returning a damaged pair of shoes the owner, Michael Toschi, told me that I probably stole the shoes, and I all wanted to do was return the damaged pair of shoes. Being a business owner myself I was blown away by the lack of concern that Mr. Toschi has for his brand — what a really disappointing experience. He should read Spirit To Serve by Bill Marriott, Jr.

There really needs to be a 10 Star rating for Shoes like this! Amazing. Today I picked up the «Roberto» for myself and a nice pair of Ladies Pumps for a ‘friend’ LOL… I also own the Golf Shoe that is also amazing. «Performance Luxury» defined! And Cody, the shoe expert there is such a huge help!

Beautiful Italian shoes. Amazing selection for men (not as good for women). I am bringing the husband here this week.

I love this store! Sexiest men’s shoes. Though he has a fewer choice of ladies shoes, my favorite italian pair of heels is designed by Toschi. Boldly classical. Highly recommend!
