Housed in a historic two-​story warehouse, Mezzanine features large expanses of unobstructed wall space, soaring ceilings and immense skylights. The adaptable venue measures over 12,000 square feet with mezzanine levels that can be divided into smaller, more intimate spaces.

The versatile space accommodates events ranging from small gatherings to large scale productions including product launches, corporate receptions, sit-​down dinners, photography /​video shoots, fashion shows, art shows, film screenings, and dances parties. Capacities range from 75 to 1,000.

Mezzanine offers a full-​service professional event staff and all the services necessary for the creation and execution of your event, including but not limited to catering, audio, lighting, entertainment booking, management, and custom décor.

Mint Plaza (located immediately adjacent to Mezzanine), is also available for those who wish to host joint indoor/​outdoor events or tented and open-​air events.

Very disappointed after years of supporting this venue!
We bought tickets for Peaches some time ago with an 8PM start time. Normally this would mean doors at 7, DJ at 8, opener at 9, show at 10. So public transport is an option. Got a notification a few days ago moving the time to 9PM, so no problem?
Well, yes, problem. Now 9PM means doors and after two hours of a lackluster (at best — I’m being kind with «lackluster») DJ, no sign of the opener. We asked — «opener soon, Peaches at 12:05».
So no chance of seeing the show as public transport stops around 12:30. No offer of a refund, no sympathy from the staff.
We’ve supported Mezzanine for more than 10 years and Peaches for almost as long. This level of complete disregard for fans is astonishing. Not inclined to look to Mezzanine for shows or support Peaches in the future.
Don’t bother unless you live in the City and don’t mind being treated badly.
Artists beware! If you are booked here, this type of cavalier attitude is just going to irritate your fans and lose supporter.

My company hosted an event at the Mezzanine last year, and from start to finish they were absolutely incredible to work with!
The space is amazing — really big, great vibe, and they had their own light guy come and set up everything according to how our event was laid out (we had 8 PING PONG tables, and he got the lighting PERFECT).
The entire staff is really professional and nice to boot — seeing as how I am not an event planner (by day) they stepped in and helped us out a LOT with the entire event, from location of bars to how to set our tables up to where to put the food… the whole nine yards. And as I mentioned earlier, we had ping pong tables in there… the Mez team can really handle anything you throw at them.
All in all, 5 stars across the board. Will definitely be working with them again in the near future.

Most people just think of Mezzanine for concerts but it can be transformed into any atmosphere you’re looking for to host special events! We held a corporate event here and the branding opportunities offered by the numerous flat screens and projectors make getting your message across to your audience a snap. We had food trucks out back in the alley which were a huge hit with our party-​goers and the custom in-​house lighting was brought our event to life!
The Mezzanine event staff was one of the best I’ve worked with in this city. Event management & pre-​planning by Megan was outstanding. Not only was she super accommodating to our group but she’s also personable, organized, responsive and creative in her ideas. She has strong relationships with outside vendors which was helpful in planning our event. Al, the House Manager took care of us during the event and was on top of every little detail. She is very skilled at anticipating your needs and has a get-​shit-​done attitude. She is amazing and great to work with and enabled me to actually get to enjoy my own event.
Mezzanine exceeded our expectations as a special event venue and we’ll definitely be using them again for future corporate events!

This is a great venue for events. We’ve been involved with several of the corporate productions here over the last year and have always been impressed with the professionalism of the event staff, technical knowledge of the crew and the ability for Mezzanine to handle large scale events.
We love this venue and would highly recommend it to anyone who is seeking a place to hold an event. Nice work Mezzanine!

I’ve worked with Megan to throw two corporate events at the Mezzanine and couldn’t be happier with how they both turned out. We had quite a few vendors (roller skating company, catering, balloon company, beverage sponsor, etc) and Megan was organized and assisted in coordinating them for set up. Their lighting was on point and created the perfect ambiance for our rollerskating themed event. They also have a good amount of screens throughout the venue which made it easy to broadcast our company’s branding and create a cohesive feel for the entire venue.

Mezzanine is a great venue! As a coordinator who has planned many events, this place does it all. It is within easy walking distance of the Moscone Center and can handle events from 75 to 1000 people (the space can be modified to make any size group feel appropriate). They have in-​house bar service and an upstairs space which is perfect for a VIP lounge. They’re experts in sound and light for live performances or general ambiance. The preferred catering list is curated and professional. Megan is a breeze to work with too. I have suggested this venue to many clients and will continue to do so! It also has a cool urban-​chic feel which is so popular these days.
