I have been in private practice in the San Francisco area since 1977. Previously I worked in clinics and hospitals in northern California. I received my Ph.D. in 1970 and was licensed in 1973.

Look, I’m not crazy.. . no really, they say you go to counseling to keep from becoming crazy.. .not because you’re already there.. . okay, well that’s what people say, and I’m stickin’ to it.
Dr. McNeal is truly a life saver. She is kind and you know she is doing what she is meant to be doing in life because she’s so good at it. I can honestly say that some of the biggest, positive changes I’ve made, in my life, have taken place during this time that I have been working with Dr. McNeal.
She does hypnosis and has books and CDs. She has won awards (you can google her), but besides all that she is someone you can comfortably speak to. If you have something that makes you ache emotionally, or maybe you just need a little support, or just to get over some anxiety or something, you won’t regret contacting her.
