History

Established in 2000.

Bryan McCormack first opened a labor and employment law firm in the Fisherman’s Wharf area of San Francisco. A few years later, Jason Erlich opened a labor and employment law firm in the Financial District of San Francisco. In Janaury 2013, McCormack Law Firm and Erlich Law Firm merged practices to form McCormack and Erlich, a boutique employment law firm in the San Francisco Financial District, two blocks east of Union Square. From the beginning, we have focused on providing quality legal services and personalized service to individuals and small business in the San Francisco Bay Area in the areas of labor and employment law.

Meet the Business Owner

Bryan M.

Business Owner

Bryan McCormack was born in Turlock, California. After receiving his undergraduate degree in 1997 from the University of California, Davis, Bryan attended the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he graduated and was admitted to the California Bar in 1997. Before becoming a plaintiff’s employment attorney, Bryan worked in the insurance industry, as a company underwriter and defense attorney.

Jason Erlich was born and raised in Oakland, California. Jason graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1994. After graduating from Hastings College of the Law in 1999, he was admitted to the California Bar in the same year, and is admitted and licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of California. Jason has worked as a union organizer on successful campaigns to unionize public-​sector employees and provides pro bono services through the Employment Law Center and the Worker’s Rights Clinic.
