«I met Maya at my personal gym. I hired Maya as my personal trainer after a free trial session, because she convinced me without even trying, during that session, that she could inspire me to do what I had to do to reach my goal! Not only is Maya a real role model, just by looking at her! But her energy and knowledge were key for me to keep up with the new tasks at hand! Plus, she is so much fun to train with — it was like meeting up with a friend for a session of blast! She truly changed the negative perception I had of going to the gym to work out (Torture Room) into something so positive and addictive! Now! Watch it! BEWARE that this may come with severe consequences! You might look and feel so good as a result of this, that you might end up coming back pregnant from a dream vacation ’cause your husband couldn’t keep his hands off of you!!! Yes, I am speaking of experience! ;) The cool part of all of this, is that Maya didn’t drop me there — letting me deal with the outcome by myself, she was there to support me and help me relax throughout my pregnancy with the most amazing PRE Natal massages! She came to our house, with all that’s needed for a luxurious experience (comparable to fancy spas which I have lots of experience with as well) — and she helped me cope and deal with sciatica problems and lower back pains caused by my pregnancy. Maya is very experienced and had plenty of great advise to give me in feeling at my best in my changing body. It doesn’t stop there! Maya also specializes in POST Natal massage therapy. A massage that helps you cope with the trauma your body just went through. Truly amazing! … I am now also enrolled in Maya’s „Mommy & Me“ workouts! … Cause it’s hard to find time now to go work out without feeling guilty to leave my little baby girl behind! This way, I can take her with me and enjoy some fun time with her while working at getting my body back to where it was before! I love Maya! She improved my life and I recommend her passionately!»
