Martial Exercise: A private one on one Personal Training Session. Designed for people who want to get in shape and want an alternative to lifting weights/running. It uses fun and engaging exercises taking from different martial arts to create a great workout. No Martial Arts experience is required and is beginner friendly. Whether your goals are fitness based or self defense based, Martial Exercise can help you. Class format will be 30 minutes of strength/cardio conditioning exercises and stretching. 30 Minutes of padwork/cardio kick boxing/grappling techniques. Longer class sessions are available upon request.

Adam S.
Business Owner
Adam is a San Francisco native. He is currently going to San Francisco State and is majoring in kinesiology. He has always been fascinated by martial arts. Through out his life time he has trained in Taekwondo, Boxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, NO-GI Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and Muay Thai. He is already an established Jiu-Jitsu competitor, with only two and a half year of training. His competition accomplishments include winning the 2010 super heavy weight blue belt NO-GI world championship and winning the 2010 intermediate Tachi Palace Grapplers Quest super heavyweight division. Adam is currently a purple belt under Denny Prokopos of 10th Planet San Francisco. He specializes in creating an atmosphere where everyone can enjoy his class from the most seasoned athletes to people with no athletic background looking to get into shape.
