Dr. Fonseca completed his undergraduate studies at California State University-​Stanislaus where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Minor in Chemistry and Spanish, 1990.

He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West, 1994.

He has extensive postgraduate training in chiropractic sports medicine, chiropractic rehabilitation, and non-​invasive meridian therapy.

In addition, Dr. Fonseca is a board Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. He is a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupunture.

Dr. Fonseca has been a State of California appointed Qualified Medical Evaluator since 1998.

Dr Fonseca saved my life!
I fell of of a building when I was 18 and fractured one of my vertebras. It’s given me twinges all of my life but it’s generally been ok until two years ago. About ten days before I was supposed to take a trip I had the worst back pain of my life; I could barely walk much less sit on an airplane for 16 hours.
I never believed in Chiropractors, my father always said they were quacks, but I was desperate. I found the Chiropractor that was closest to my house made an appointment and hobbled slowly over. After five visits in ten days my back was ready to travel.
