I am a 10 year experienced Personal and Group Trainer. I offer one-on-one personal training, group training, boot camps, nutrition counseling and weight loss programs. My specialties are strength and conditioning, weight loss, nutritional programs, post-rehabilitation, posture correction, mobility training and corrective exercise.
I aim to educate my clients on their personal objectives through continuous cutting-edge workouts, beneficial tips and 10 years of experience. I pride myself on expertise in the health & fitness industry, where I set myself appart by utilizing my extensive educational background of 12 different certifications. In turn leading each client through a Unique, well-structured and fun workout that is perfectly individualized and effective.

Established in 2001.
I set himself apart by utilizing my educational background (in Kinesiology/Exercise Science) and diverse experience to introduce each client to an array of training techniques. With a degree and 12+ certifications under his belt, he is proficient in the use of body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, ropes, cables, bands, medicine balls, sandbags, drills, and martial arts. — all used to blast away fat, build strength and offer RESULTS!
