Love & Luxe is a hip, high-​end jewelry gallery on one of the hipper, more high-​end parts of Valencia. The store is beautiful and features a curated collection of jewelry made by local artists. Yes, the prices are high, however this is not the kind of place where you’ll find mass-​produced sterling silver. Loads of awesome, unique pieces.
The shop owner is very friendly and is good about helping the customer admire the pieces, rather than pressing them to buy. She also seems to have good personal relationships with the artists, many of whom can be seen in the store. Classy establishment.

What a little gem, Love & Lux. I love their stones, their gold, their designers, their friendliness. I was introduced to this store when my now-​husband proposed to me in a sea cave, and placed a stunning ring on my finger made with a little polished oval agate that I found on the beach in New Zealand when I was five. He’d been secretly working with Love & Lux for months to make it happen. Lola Brooks custom set the stone for us into a ring that I will treasure forever. Months later after we envisioned our dream wedding bands, we returned to Love and Lux to find that Lola had started to make wedding bands, and they were just what we had hoped for. We now have gorgeous matching bands, and we could not be more grateful. The experience of choosing forever rings we thought would be complicated, stressful, scary… Instead Love & Lux was our one-​stop-​shop and made it breezy, easeful, fun and magic-​filled. They were patient and kind, understood our vision and desires every step of the way and made it happen. And they continue to be great as little things are needed, size adjustments, polishing, perusing the new arrivals etc. We recommend they to all our friends in SF who are tiptoeing toward engagement. So far at least 3 more couples have bought their engagement and wedding bands there and have been so happy with their experience and new love jewels. Thanks Betsy and team!

Everyone at Love & Luxe is great and really passionate about independent jewelry design. I purchased a silver head piece with a branch/​tree theme straight away on my first visit — why? Because it’s exquisite and it’s art. I recently returned to have wedding bands created and a ring, using sentimental gems I have from pieces given to me. What a great discovery Love & Luxe is. Ummm… where should I start? This place is heaven. I am one of those people that loves jewelry but never wears it because I can’t ever find things I love enough to buy. I also have a perpetual question mark in my head when I like something and am stuck wondering if the item will be a piece I will fall out of love with or not be able to wear with things, etc. When I walked into this store I fell in love with every piece in there. Seriously… its is genuinely wearable ART. You could simply wear nothing but black sheath dresses and the jewelry thats in this store and you will always be chic and feeling like a million bucks-​PLUS incredibly unique. Every artist in there is AWESOME. The best curated jewelry shop I’ve ever been to. From everyday necklaces to one of kind statement necklaces-​this place rocks.

Love & Luxe is a class act. Their jewelry is truly unique, inspiring, modern yet timeless or vintage. Staff is really helpful and caring. I bought my wedding ring here, and they even polished the silver up for me when it got gritty and oxidized.

Let me just start off by saying that I’m a bit biased when it comes to Love & Luxe, I know and care about everyone that works there.
That being said, I find it refreshing to stumble across a group of people so dedicated and passionate about great, handcrafted jewelry. Every piece is hand selected for the gallery, based on the many collective years of experience in the industry.
Having come from an industry where customer needs and a quality product are first and foremost, I understand what it takes to succeed. The people at Love & Luxe go above and beyond to spend their time figuring out exactly what the customer wants down to the most minute detail and quite passionately execute it. You quite literally couldn’t ask for a better shopping experience.
What it boils down to; if you want fantastic, one-​of-​a-​kind jewelry which you’d be hard-​pressed to find anywhere else in SF (a feat in and of itself) that you will enjoy for many years to come… then I URGE you to check this store out and allow them to earn your business. Their actions WILL speak louder than words and you’ll leave with a smile on your face.

Love and Lux has great designs– modern, a bit edgy. The pieces can be pricey, but not unusually so for handmade boutique jewelry. I received a bright gold necklace from here about a year and a half ago. A delicate gold chain with a row of teardrop pieces on the center. I wore it often and got many compliments on it. Within the last few months however, the gold color began to fade off of the teardrop pieces. When I took it in, the shop owner seemed surprised, but said it must have been cheap gold-​colored plating over steel instead of brass as she had thought, and that there was nothing to do to fix it– she suggested I just enjoy it in its new color. Needless to say, I was disappointed. Not the quality I excepted form a $ 200 necklace. Although I do love their stuff, I don’t know if it’s worth the investment.

If you really like good jewelry, make a stop here the next time you are in the Mission. A fantastic curator, a range that has its share of affordable pieces (you can treat yourself here for under 100 bucks — I am a grad student, so I know how hard it can be to part with stuff) and I get compliments ALL the time for my stuff here. Its unique, there is a good deal of crazy and understand both and, well, its just the design fix I need when I walk down Valencia.

I am still in shock from the synchronicity that brought me into this store to find my wedding rings! The designer, Johnny Ninos, I had never heard of before… and having searched extensively for my rings from loads of talented designers all over the world I was AMAZED to find him. His work… and the rest of the work in this store is truly unique. Incredibly high quality and full of artistry. Im still amazed that the pricing was as reasonable as it was… again considering how many other pieces Id been considering.
They were also super accomadating in the selection process. When I couldnt decide between 3 rings they held all of them for a few days untill I could make a choice since theyre all one of a kind… and then had the finish already fixed up on the one id selected before I got back into the store to fit the next day. so thoughtful.
Go visit them. You will NOT be dissapointed!

LOVE this store! They have selected the most eclectic mix of fabulous artisan jewelry, displayed in a deliciously elegant fashion. While some prices were a bit high, the designs were so gorgeous and unusual that I would plunk down a chunk of change to delight in these beautiful earrings, necklaces and pins. The selection of silver botanical and geometric designs is second to none! Thank you, Love & Luxe!

We got our wedding rings made at Love and Luxe, and I;m SO GLAD we did. Actually I picked out a ring and Betsey, the owner who is also a jeweler made my husband’s ring custom to match mine. She did them on a tight budget and time constraints and was totally accommodating, and cool. The rings (mine was sized) both turned out perfect and beautiful. She really enhanced our special day. She also made us feel like we were her most valued customers even though I am sure that people come in there every day spending 5x what we did.
We all know that jewelry and furniture are the most marked-​up items. The prices here are totally reasonable. Most of the jewelry that you will see and L&L us totally unique like nothing you have ever seen before, high quality, cool and elegant.
