All in one convenience store open 24 hrs a day. I’m reading a lot of negative reviews lamenting on poor food quality and overprice snacks. Come on this isn’t a safeway or fully stocked market? Of course their going to charge mark up which convenience store doesn’t? Food quality isn’t going to be that great or healthy but name a convenience store that does… exactly. I’m in love with their salad bar. Cheapest salad bar I’ve ever been to and it stocks a good variety of ingredients. They even have a smoothie and next to it a froyo station. What??? It reminds me of those convenience stores overseas that have a little of everything. Sure their not great at any one particular thing but their convenience as hell hence convenience store. 24hrs nice. If I’m ever awake too late in the early morning and craving cheap mediocre food I’ll def come here.

I I have been coming to this loop gas station for a long time however an Asian employee who works here night shift on Saturdays treated mean is if I was a homeless. I own six stores and one gas station and all my employees treat our customers with respect but this guy should not be working at this gas station oh by the way all the employees in this gas station are amazing and they always have my stuff except this Asian guy made my night horrible. I can not believe they let him work in this gas station. He started yelling at me for asking a quick question and he even threw the receipt without respect.

I made sure to check in here as a self reminder to review Loop. My boyfriend and I came in nighttime to pay for our gas pump in cash. There were 3 employees working(all behind the counter). We weren’t sure where to stand to pay because none of them were in front of a register or seemed to acknowledge us to move to a register. I know one of them saw me but looked away! We noticed a guy waiting at a register on the other side so we stood behind him for about a minute. The guy got so sick of their lack of attention he threw out $ 4 on the table and yelled to the employee that he was leaving with two candy bars. One girl then walks over and laughs asking which ones. He turned around to show her and left. She gave us this people-amiright look. Uh, no, more like bad employees-amiright. +1 star because the place had a huge variety of snacks and was very brightly lit. Just hope they consider reviewing their hiring/training process.

Worst customer service ever. I was filling up my gas, the young guy rush(loos like is the manager) me to back up my car or leave, because their truck just come in, need to unload. I guess he may smart enough. Because I won’t stay at your station forever, you’re not a restaurant or café. Hey! young kid, your truck can wait, it just 5mins, I be done and leave your wonderful gas station, and never come back.

The loop is the wholefoods of gas stations. There is a frozen yogurt bar(yum), healthy snacks, and the bathroom is super clean. The friendly staff and array of goods make it a pleasant stop.

Most horrible experience ever. When I walk into the store, another customer was asking for a refund for the carwash not working. She was totally ignored. I should have taken that as a sign for things to come. Then I paid for my carwash and petrol, and then, I asked for my receipt, they were like? what do you want? my receipt — I need it for the carwash. They stumbled for 10 minutes looking for my receipt — I was the ONLY customer in line at the time. Be-spectacled manager(i think that’s him) was non-apologetic, not interested. This person should be fired. The others are just minions. I understand. Then, I lined up for the carwash — and it did not work! Walked back in to get help. No one was available to help for some time. Then when I finally got someone(the same manager dude), he blamed me for not using carwash properly and then I told him — «Look! You have a line of cars behind us, — solve this issue now!!» That finally got him out of a trance-like I don’t know-what-to-do mode. Never ever go there again.

I would giv this place a zero if I could rood customer service. I came here to get gas I saw that there was 2 register but one dint have a cashier so I went to the one with a cashier(is that so wrong?) Well if you look Asian then it’s wrong cashier will point you out and laugh while telling her co worker ur in the wrong line .they won’t apologize The worst thing is that when I payed for the gas they acted like nothing happens I clearly told them $ 30 on pump 5 but they keep reverend $ 20 on 1 even after I told them $ 30 dollars on pump number 5 over 6 times(I was raised here at the age of 5 I know I don’t have an azn accent) Rude customer service no respect don’t come here to unless it’s life or death or just pay outside

Not too excited about this place. I just dropped $ 10 on a bag of chips, a ice cream bar and lotto scratchers. They have some unique items such as the chips I got made oit of Cassava, what’s that? Don’t know but it’s good and supposedly healthier than potato chips. I lost $ 4 on scratchers boo! Bad sign when I go in and two drug addicts that looked like bums were touching everything. Made me not want the froyo, seemed dirty. The area where the froyo was isn’t very clean. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Came in to get some late night munchies, Angel knew what I was coming in for and told me exactly where I could get the deals. Love her. She was very friendly and greeted me with the sweetest«hello, welcome to loop» definitely made me want to come in here again. Made it more than just a late night convenient shop.

I was excited that a 24hr place where I could get coffee right around the corner was being installed. I no longer had to walk to 9th to go to the 24hr donut shop. So I stop in to get some coffee and my first impression wasn’t to impressed. The drinks are decently priced with the other convenient stores in the area. I figured they’d be cheaper considering this isn’t a mom and pop shop like the other places. It has an odd selection of chips as if whoever is ordering is ordering what they like and not what the general populous would purchase like having white cheddar cheese puffs as opposed to the normal yellow cheddar cheese puffs. And then having the more healthier brand Barbara and then some cheap unhealthy brand of trail mix chips next to it, the product placement was off a bit. Also after looking at the Unilocal reviews it’s disconcerting to hear that a neighbor of mine even tho we’ve never met has had a bad experience here and has posted a Unilocal review to express it. It’s highly important to remember that this isn’t downtown and in the suburb type places we tend to be more family oriented and we like businesses that treat its patrons like family or at least with respect and we are more likely to shun places that get bad peer reviews. My experience was pleasant as far as being in the store. The cashier greeted me said hello was respectful and the place was very clean. Sloppy places are a pet peeve of mine. The coffee was what I was here for. I was excited and got a large as this was my first cup. Unfortunately it tasted so horrible that I tossed it out before I made it back home from walking and its only a two block walk. Yes it was that bad. I was very disappointed. This brand isn’t that great in my opinion. I’ll come here for other random snacks if I’m in dire need of munchies but it looks like I’m still bound to waking to 9th Ave for my coffee from the 24hr donut shop.

Great place. The location is easy to get to. The staff are friendly. The place is clean, pristine, and well-stocked. The bathrooms are large and clean. Definitely a great place for a quick pitstop. The carwash is the best in the area… it’s fast and inexpensive.

Have you reviewers ever been to a Sheetz gas station? That’s next level. Loop is a poor cramped knock off. Yes, they have froyo and better coffee than a normal gas station but once you’ve seen a Sheetz you’ll understand. :) Still a small store just with modernized labels and brands. Went in early to grab some toilet paper but they don’t carry any. Upon entering an employee was just hanging on the front door talking on her cell phone. I wasn’t greeted upon entering or helped during my stay. Any later than 6am and I would have just gone to Walgreens.

Loop is a gas station oasis. I’ve never been inside a cleaner — better stocked gas station convenience store in the Bay Area. This particular Loop is dazzlingly clean and well organized. They’re well stocked on organic kale chips, gourmet dried coconut chips, kombucha, natural toiletry items, and they even have a self-serve fro-you station and salad bar. The bathroom requires a code for entrance — but it’s massive and pristine. Their staff are also exceptionally kind and helpful and they seem to take great pride in keeping Loop a welcoming place to enter. If you need to grab some gas, use a well maintained bathroom, or just want to pick up some healthy snacks — Loop isn’t a bad choice. Trust.

Brand new and remodeled convenience store attached to new gas station. I had a very nice experience here dealing with the sales associates. I think the guy that helped me out was named Jonathan. He was really friendly and came out to assist me with the car wash. I had a large van and he very willingly made sure it would fit through the clearance on the car wash. Also, they had samples of coffee on the counter. Overall, just a friendly and«fresh» place. Definitely better after the remodel than the store that was there before! Good job.
