We were recommended Lisa from our good friend (who also happened to be our mortgage broker) as someone that tells it like it is and works hard for her customers. Boy, was he right! We may have been a special case but we ended up going out only once with Lisa to look at a few homes. We tended to agree on the properties but she was able to sort of get to know us in that time and to ask proper questions to us as a couple and individually to help us find what was right for us… that helped. Anyway, that first day we saw a place (twice as she knew the selling agent, which also helped!) and that night we decided on a number to offer and made it! BOOM!!!
We had a somewhat unique situation with my wife travelling and pre scheduled vacations as well as needing to make immediate repairs to the home in order to move in (my wife was allergic to the carpet) and Lisa helped every step of the way to ensure that we were not only getting what we needed to but that we were protected legally etc. It REALLY helped. Granted she may not do that type of thing again as we may have taken a couple of years off of her life but the point is that she went the extra mile for us and we wouldn’t be as close to normalcy as we are now without her.
On top of all of that Lisa has continued to work (and fight) for us to get what we need out of the «home warranty» (which for us is pretty pointless) and working with the seller to get us compensated for a few things.
All in all, Lisa is awesome. I would say we would work with her in the future but man, I dont wanna move!

Lisa was outstanding from the day we met her to the evening she handed over the keys to our new home. She not only knows the SF neighborhoods inside and out but also the exact areas in each neighborhood where you want to live and want to avoid. She was consistent without being pressing and her support and responsiveness helped us find a perfect home in Potrero Hill! We would highly recommend Lisa and we will definitely be working with her in the future.

If we could, we would gladly give Lisa more than 5 stars! She is absolutely amazing at what she does. When my fiancé and I first began searching for an apartment, we had a different realtor. We had a really bad experience with her and were in desperate need of help. A friend of ours recommended Lisa, and we were so thrilled with her. We began working with her in May and by the last week of May we put up an offer! Truth be told, we didn’t expect to get the apartment, because it was amazing and we were worried that our offer price wouldn’t cut it. However, Lisa negotiated and our offer was accepted in 2 days! Even though the apartment was a regular sale, we experienced some problems during escrow. Lisa handled all of our questions so professionally! She responded to our emails, phone calls, and text messages within a couple of hours, was always there to help us and truly had our best interests in mind. By beginning of July we successfully closed escrow and are now owners of a new apartment in Daly City. The buying process definitely showed us how important it is to have a great realtor, and we wouldn’t recommend anyone, but her. We will definitely call her again in the future.

Lisa is absolutely awesome! We hired her to help us find a home and she has worked harder than any agent we’ve ever worked with. She is extremely knowlegable about real estate, the San Francisco market and the buying/​selling process. She returns emails, texts, phone calls immediately and is always looking out for our best interest. We would highly recommend her for any listing or purchase. Go Lisa!
