Poor service. Driver went to wrong terminal and asked me to get on a shuttle to meet him. After paying extra for in-​airport service, this was pretty appalling. Ended up taking a cab rather than waiting for him to get permission from dispatch to come to the correct terminal. Won’t be using them again.

is like a priceline or orbitz for for limo service. But the tricky way they work is you put in what you are looking for they come back with options, you put down a non-​refundable deposit on what you want and then they go back to the limo service to confirm it. The service may deny the request or approve it. It is a bit tricky if you ask me. I used this service to book a limo for New Year’s eve. I know limo service that night skyrockets so I was prepared to pay a lot. I found a great price (too good to be true and it was) and decided to book. I did this about 6 weeks prior to New Years Eve. The ride was confirmed and all was good to go. I then called the limo service directly to ask about making a change and the agent on the phone had no clue why I had gotten such a good rate and that they needed to cancel my ride. WHAT? I booked it according to the pricing policy they had with
and paid my non refundable deposit and they just want to cancel it. It turned out the company had not updated their pricing for NYE and after they confirmed my ride went back to
and canceled it.
I got this notification 3 weeks before NYE.
refunded my nonrefundable deposit and after a long time on the phone complaining about this they offered me a credit for a future ride. I am sorry, but if I had canceled my ride I would be out of the deposit. If they are going to enter in to agreements with companies these companies should uphold their end of the bargain too or risk consequence. Terrible experience. The limo company by the way was Cherry Limos and I am going to Unilocal them next.

I scheduled a limo a week prior to a work event where I was entertaining guests from across the country.
I received the confirmation the day I booked, the receipt with my charge, also pleased to receive a text an hour before pickup, describing the pickup time (8am) and location, also included the phone number of my driver… In my mind, we were all set for our scheduled pickup.
8:10 rolled around, all of my guests waiting curbside, but still no driver. I called the number
texted to me that morning. When the driver picked up, he stated that he was never informed of the booking.
Now frustrated, I called

and Cherry Limos (the scheduled limo service), and that they don’t have a ride coming for us, unless we are willing to wait an hour +.
Long story short — we didn’t make it to our off-​site and I will never use

engages in deceptive business practices. Do not use them. I submitted a request for offers and received an email giving me prices and saying «5.0 hrs ($ 93/​hr) tip incl.» At the bottom of this email it also said the prices included tips. I then paid for the rental time and received an itemized bill stating a roughly $ 60 price for «gratuity.» Then, at then end of my limo ride, the driver tells me that her tip was not included. She then did not have change for a hundred and we had to drive around to find a place that could change the bill. This is an awful company and does not save you any money. It is cheaper going directly to a limo company.

Forums and the moderators removed the thread twice without any warning AND banned me the second time.
So we have finally decided to give
a try. After hesitating for a few years and receiving multiple calls from San Fran with the flat monthly fee rate pitch, we signed up for 1 month as a trial. I personally wanted this to work out, as I thought the platform would allow us to scale our clientele better than ever before.
After reading through the service agreement thoroughly and asking all the possible questions to the LDC sales guy I could think of, I began the setup process. I spent nearly 2 weeks filling out all of the serviced cities and their appropriate rates by vehicle group in an 80 mile radius around Chicago. I also trained my dispatchers to deal with the
interface so that there would be no hiccups when we go live. In addition, we tuned our mailing system to auto keyword-​search for the lead quotes and prefill the responses so as to reply to the leads as quickly as possible. All quotes were still pre-​approved manually and some were rewritten to better match the service request, but overall we were very fast and efficient.
Our Deal: $ 2000/​month
Cut: 15% (trips under $ 500); 20% (trips over $ 500)
CC charge: 3%
Cancellation: upon 30 day notice
As much as we all wanted for LDC to work, by day 1 of service I immediately felt mislead and quite frankly, scammed — everyone in our office was appalled. Having filled out all of the prices on their platform, I was surprised to see that the interface is returning something COMPLETELY different. I was SHOCKED when I found out that LDC’s monthly operator charge and the 15% cut is not enough. In addition, they charge a 25% service fee on your entire trip!
«Service Fee»: 25%
Math:
Your Flat Rate: $ 50
Your Gratuity: 15% = $ 7.5
Your expected trip cost: $ 57.5
LDC Service Fee: 25% = 57.5*.25 = $ 14.375
Total Trip Cost To Customer: $ 50+$ 7.5+14.375 = $ 72
So after the 15% cut that LDC takes off the base rate, and an additional 3% off the whole amount, you are left with: $ 48.3
LDC effectively keeps 33% off trips under $ 500, and a whopping 38% for trips over $ 500
As such, LDC’s pricing structure is completely tailored towards higher end corporate clients who are limited to the sedan/​stretch market. In a competitive party bus/​stretch SUV/​weekend charter market like Chicago, you can only DREAM of getting clients off LDC because the prices for such vehicles are LUDICROUS. When we and everyone else charges $ 800 for a party bus in Chicago, LDC will ask for $ 1400. These prices are unheard of, and hence we received 0 bookings for large vehicles. For smaller vehicles, we were forced to increase the percent cut to our drivers because of how low the prices actually were in order for us to stay competitive and get any bookings at all. I varied pricing between 1^st and 5^th most competitive in Chicago for all of the busiest routes (ORD, MDW, Downtown Chicago), and it was extremely difficult to get volume to compensate for the LDC cut and service fee charge.
I felt misled because nowhere in the contract is the service charge revealed, and thus I assumed that the competitor prices I see on LDC are reasonable and I can compete with them.
Our Results:
Revenue: $ 3500
Driver Cut: $ 1900
After the monthly fee, we ended up with a net loss of $ 400! (this is NOT including office expenses, vehicle maintenance, and payroll)
To make matters worse, upon receiving our cancellation, LDC cancelled all of our future trips that we had already booked for $ 1800! I couldn’t find such terms in the contract, but they disabled our account and cancelled all the trips. After calling them and waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I was given a BS excuse of us no longer being covered by their insurance.
So you may ask about the Leads? Perhaps we made some money back from the influx of leads? Unfortunately, most of them were complete garbage. Of the 2000 or so leads that we received and PROMPTLY answered within 5 to 20 minutes, and offered customers truly unbeatable prices with beautiful pictures of our actual fleet, we received no call backs and made 0 bookings.
Additional Problems with LDC:
— Customer Service ends the moment you sign the contract (they know your numbers and will not answer your calls promptly; waiting times have exceed an hour before)
— Rate input interface is absolute trash. It’s slow, unresponsive, and is a massive burden to complete/​adjust. There’s no mile-​from-​center-​point-​based formulaic method that would instantly make the process 100 0000x times easier. Instead, everything is manual and riddled with errors.
— Trip Rates rarely reflect the actual prices you’ve set. There are serious problems with the distance calculations. Some Towns are HUGE, and they take the Town as the only reference point as opposed to the actual trip location, hence causing a

while we were in San Francisco. We probably won’t use them again. They seemed a little unorganized. When we landed at the airport, we had to call their dispatch a few times because we didn’t see anyone with a sign. We also didn’t know where the driver was supposed to meet us. Apparently dispatch didn’t know either. We walked out to the street and the dispatcher told us to look for a car with a specific license plate. Really? Then, we Finally found the car and we gave the driver the address of our hotel. Apparently he wasn’t listening to us and he traveled to another hotel address which dispatch had incorrectly sent him. So, we have him the hotel address again and we Finally made it to the hotel. On the positive side, the driver was nice.

This company charged my card so many times that my credit card got restricted and I had to call my bank’s fraud department to get it reinstated. I booked this not realizing that the free cancellation deadline would go into place less than an hour later. I called to cancel 80 minutes past the deadline and they charged me the full amount.

This company deserves zero stars.
I booked a ride for two from a wedding reception to a hotel 2 weeks prior to the wedding through
. It was really expensive for the 20 minute drive but I thought it would for sure be more reliable. The car was supposed to arrive at 11:55PM and the reception ended promptly at 12.
At midnight after the reception, we walked outside to no vehicle waiting for us and no messages on my phone. I called
asking where our ride was and we were informed the driver was still an hour away with car trouble.
Now I understand car trouble and that life happens. I am not unreasonable. But we did not get a call or a text from them saying he wasn’t coming. They didn’t give us any time to find an alternate mode of transportation. Leaving us stranded with no car at the reception.
When I called today to verify that I was receiving a full refund, they said «life happens». No apology. Just that life happens. I am appalled at this experience. NEVER use this company.

I guess I should have read the negative reviews for
before using them, because they are spot on. I chose
because the website seems clear and easy to book online. They say you can change the details of your reservation anytime, but you have to cancel 7 days before your reservation date — sounds perfectly reasonable.
I called to change my reservation 7 days before the date to add more people/​upgrade to a bigger limo — not cancel my reservation. I called at 3pm and apparently the cut-​off time was 12pm that same day — a difference of three hours. I didn’t want to cancel, I wanted to pay these idiots more money. They insisted I had to cancel and rebook (terms of this NOWHERE on website or emails), and that I would be charged the full amount to cancel and then had to pay the full amount of a new limo reservation to rebook.
After waiting on hold for literally 30 minutes (great way to put your customers in a good mood to chat with you), I tried to reason with them saying I even though I wasn’t trying to cancel, since I’m being forced to I am only 3 hours late — can they make an exception? They stood firm to a non-​existent rule and were the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to.

I was forced to cancel my reservation and was charged the full amount. The good news is, I called Rixos Limos and told them what happened — they felt so bad they made my reservation right away and beat the price of
by 30% overall. They were friendly, fast, had online help, and clear about their policies. I highly recommend Rixos Limos.

The car was nice, the driver was punctual and everything was just fine until the bill came, and we find that they charged us nearly twice what we had agreed upon.
I will never use this company again. They lie and cheat.

If i could rate zero stars, I would. I found Claud 9 through
and got 12% off on a party bus for prom. One week after I had deposited $ 600 on down payment, I found out through my banker that I had over paid for my credit card. Came home and called
to find out that Cloud 9 had refused to serve us because they didn’t want to honer the 12% off given to me by
. It’s so sad that neither of these two companies called me to explain what happened with our party bus or tried to fix it for us either and left us in the limbo just two weeks before the event. SHAME ON YOU TWO FOR FALCE ADVERTISEMENT! Thank God I found Limo Alpine LLC and got a even better bus for the same money and great costumer service!

This review is long overdue. I have been using this service for sometime now, and the service is outstanding. The drivers always show up on time they are courteous and very professional. Last time I used them, wanted to change the pick up time, could not get through to an agent and left a message, wining 15 minutes they called back and changed the time to accommodate me. Our driver Claudius was fantastic, great personality. Will I recommend

Limos dot stupid dot com — NEVER AGAIN!
Clicked through to this site from OpenTable, and ended up with 2 reservations. TWO RESERVATIONS! For ONE evening!
And this is supposed to be their core business?
The company that didn’t get the fare, 101 Limousines, is charging me a cancellation fee, naturally.
Avoid
like the plague that it is – and check their reviews in Los Angeles for plenty more horror stories.
