–Younger couples struggling to find intimacy, break difficult patterns of relating, and discern what they want in life

–Harm Reduction in substance use/misuse

History

Established in 2013.

A longtime believer in the power of personal growth and healing through therapy, I received my MA in Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies in 2009. I have worked with a diverse range of individual adults, couples, families, groups, and children in a variety of settings from counseling centers, to a hospital, to a public school, and now in private practice. I aim to meet my clients where they are at and use modalities and interventions that fit the specific needs of my clients, with a strong trusting relationship at the core.

Meet the Business Owner

Lily S.

Business Owner

I grew up in a big family full of big personalities – desiring, like most, to be seen and to be loved. Well, this isn’t always a simple matter. I’ve dedicated the majority of my life to seeking a sense of belonging and a sense of meaning in life. This seeking led me to acting, to songwriting, to science, to spirituality, to bad relationships, to food, and finally to therapy (though the journey is never complete).

As a musician and artist as well as a passionate academic I love how therapy integrates science with creativity and intuition. Even better, I get to use the diverse skill set I’ve accumulated throughout my life to help others. Growing up I learned the value of striving to make the world a better place. I also learned that this is really hard, especially when we don’t examine ourselves more closely. I see personal growth and healing through therapy as a way to create a sustainable way of life for us all.
