I have worked with Bill Erlanger for over eleven years now. I have been President and on the Board of three HOAs in the Peninsula. Over the years, there have been times when I needed complex tax advice or answers to important issues. Bill was always readily available to work with me and provide sound advice and suggestions. He would ALWAYS bend over backwards for us. He has the utmost professionalism. I would gladly recommend him to any organization that wants to thrive and to be successful.

From the outset of the first contact, Bob Erlanger is possibly the most hostile and rude person I’ve ever had to end up paying for service. Anyone is entitled to a bad day. All the same, four conversations spread over a two years period proved that Bob is as Bob does; kranky and irritated with questions and irritated that he needs to ask for something. Our HOA taxes were farmed out to Levy, Erlanger and Co by our then property management company, PMC — Property Management Consultacy in San Francisco (also bad news).
