This cart is conveniently located next to Blue Bottle on Linden Street street in Hayes Valley. It’s hard to talk me away from coffee (and especially Blue Bottle), but when you’re over caffeinated or lunch just wins out, Let’s Be Frank is a legit place to try.
A few things I love: they have Mexican Coke in bottles, the hot dogs are the best I’ve ever paid for, they punch cards, and they have original chutney recipes that you can also buy in bottles to take away.
One thing I hate: The cheapest hotdog is $ 6. The only place a hotdog is really worth that much is at baseball games, and that’s because you don’t really have a whole lot of other options, food-​wise or price-​wise.
