I called Mr. Fabbro in January to look at a case for my son who had a botched surgery which almost killed him. He asked for all the paper work which we got for him. Then every time I called I always got the same answer. He will get hold of you next week which he never did. They said over and over again that they would get back to us and not to worry because we had a year. 7 months went by and still he wouldn’t talk to me. his Secretary said she only works part time and he is so busy he don’t get back to people like he should. Finally after the last time I said send me my papers back I will get a real attorney. Somebody refereed him to me and after I told him how disrespectfully and inconsiderate he was she apologized saying yes he is like that. I thought he had changed. He finally help her mom but he blows everybody off until he feels like it. I didn’t have much time to get another attorney. He was a waste of time and very rude. I guess he thinks he is to good. NOT I do not refer him I would kinda stay cleared.
