Specialties
We are sorry to learn that you have been injured, but WE CAN HELP. We treat each client like they are our ONLY client and that is why we are recognized as one of the Bay Area’s top personal injury firms. We are always available, up-to-date and responsive — we don’t handle cases by the dozen like some of our counterparts. With the assistance of his team of paralegals, clerks and attorneys, Matt Quinlan works personally on every case and with every client.
Leaning on this reputation of superior personal service, a full 90% of our clients are referred by past clients and our industry contacts, such as other attorneys, judges, etc.
History
Established in 2005.
After graduating from law school in 2004, Matt was offered a position at a well-established personal injury firm where he learned his craft. A short three years later, in 2007, Matt became a Partner and was described as «the youngest partner at an established plaintiff’s firm in [California] and one of the country’s fastest rising plaintiff attorneys.» After expanding his practice further over the next several years, Matt left his firm and opened the doors to The Law Offices of Matthew J. Quinlan in 2011 so that he could better serve his clients. Matt focuses most of his time on personal injury litigation (including wrongful death, auto accidents, and catastrophic injury cases). Matt has tried numerous cases to verdict and resolved thousands of others short of trial. Matt only represents individuals and families and never represents insurance companies.
