I had a lingering legal issue that I had put off dealing with and was referred to Benny. He inspired my confidence and really has a way of cutting to the core of an issue, clearly outlining the options and then asking what you want to do. He knows his stuff. I had avoided the problem because it involved a friendship. Benny also has a good sense of humor but he is was really straight with me about my choices. His detachment and his clarity were extremely helpful for me. In the end, I had waited too long and the statute of limitations had run out for a claim, however Benny was willing to go the extra mile if I could bring him documentation that reset the clock on my claim. It was too complicated for me to retrieve from a crashed hard drive and there was no guarantee that I would be able to find the supporting documentation so I dropped it. I have no hesitation in referring Benny for any of your legal needs especially when it involves fighting injustice and protecting the rights of people who have been unfairly treated. He’s a great advocate to have on your side.

I think and many people will agree that good legal counsel is difficult to find. I was referred to Mr. Martin by a close friend and he has represented me on two occasions, the first was in regards to a landlord tenant issue — I was presented with a serious housing issue and Mr. Martin helped me to win my case — he is very professional, honest and went out of his way to make me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the entire proceedings. In addition, he also represented me in wrongful termination with a big San Francisco entity — as it was a delicate matter, Mr. Martin displayed a lot of compassion and sensitivity. I decided to write this review because the market is flooded with attorney’s and I truly believe that this law practice offers impecable representation
