The Law Office of M. Kamran Meyer is a full service practice offering vigorous representation in criminal defense matters. The office handles a full range of traffic, misdemeanor, and felony matters, including DUI/drunk driving, marijuana and narcotics possession, crimes of violence, fraud, resisting arrest, protest related charges, trespassing, vandalism, traffic matters, and a myriad of others.
In addition to handling traditional criminal defense matters, the office assists clients in wiping and sealing their criminal records through California’s expungement and factual innocence processes.
The office also handles a broad array of civil cases, including actions for personal injury, libel/slander, DMV license suspension proceedings, restraining order matters, and the defense against claims brought by administrative and municipal bodies, including department of health matters relating to restaurant and food truck licensing and operation.

Business Owner
M. Kamran Meyer has dedicated his career to providing aggressive criminal defense throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Meyer graduated in 2005 from the University of California at Irvine, receiving B.A.s in Political Science and Sociology. Prior to receiving his degrees, Mr. Meyer served as a civil mediator in the Orange County Superior Court through the Fair Housing Council of Orange County. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2008. During law school, Mr. Meyer held clerkships at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, and the San Francisco Sheriff’s Department’s Prisoner Legal Services division. He is currently an active member of California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the ACLU Lawyer’s Council, and provides pro-bono representation to clients arrested in the course of lawful protests through the Demonstrations Committee of the National Lawyers Guild.
