History

Established in 2009.

Since 2009 I have seen clients at various locations, including the Integral Counseling Center at Church Street, Bay Area Gestalt Institute, Fremont High School, Ellis Elementary School, and now in my San Francisco and Marin private practice offices. I worked with a wide array of clients at these internships, including children (ages 6 – 12), adolescents, couples, families, and adult individuals.

Business Owner

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who offers holistic psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, couples, and teens. I have worked with a variety of issues, but my primary focus is treating relationship troubles, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and teen concerns. Some other issues I have worked with include family concerns, postpartum issues, parenting, infertility/​pregnancy, grief/​loss, infidelity, trauma, occupational/​life transitions, low self-​esteem, peer relationships, and substance abuse. I greatly enjoy and have extensive experience working with women going through various life transitions, including adolescence, early adulthood, post college life, pregnancy/​infertility/​miscarriage, motherhood, career transitions, relationship changes, and parenting.
