History

Established in 1988.

Mission Statement

In 1988, we had a vision and an exciting dream. We had a dream to be the pinnacle of real estate firms — distinct from other companies and seccessfully in specializing in the Asian market and community. We were the first to embark on that dream and today we are celebrating its 23-​year odyssey.

During the past few years, we have developed and improved our strong business model on a multicultural and international level. Since most of our agents are multilingual, we are able to assist customers from diverse cultural backgrounds and attract clients from all around the world!

Since our establishment, we have grown to six offices on the West Coast — two in San Francisco, one in each of Oakland, Richmond, and Sacramento, California, and one in Seattle, Washington. We have a seventh ofice in Guangzhou, China.
