Originally from Louisiana, Kristin began doing bodywork in 2007 after graduating from Rising Spirit Institute of Natural Health in Atlanta, Georgia. With a background in sculpture, Kristin views bodywork as an art form and approaches each session with as much meticulous detail as she would an art piece. After working in the spa industry for many years, Kristin discovered her passion for treating endurance athletes and weight lifters with a history of chronic pain and injuries. She has 7 years of experience working extensively with clients to treat various issues like scoliosis, frozen shoulder and rotator cuff pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, migraines, and more. Her targeted therapeutic style combines Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Myofascial Cupping. She also holds certifications in Reflexology and LaStone© Hot and Cold Stone Massage. Each client receives therapies tailored to address their specific needs including pain relief, relaxation, and balance to the body
