This place is simple, fast, and convenient. If you want decent portion at an affordable price then you come here. Their food is consistent every time I come here for lunch. I have tried their pad thai, noodle soup, rice and other noodle dishes. They are all good depending on what I am feeling for that day.

Awful, awful, awful! Two hour delivery when I live ten minutes away and food was no bueno! Called the lady to ask what was going on and she said I ordered at a bad time and my order was missed for the delivery round… not impressed.

I’ve been coming here the past couple of times and I would say that I’m a fan of this place! What’s cool is that they open late so that gives you another option instead of just opting for pizza for a late night bite. Let’s be honest though — it is a little dirty here… some tables may be a little sticky and there may be some flies swarming around the room but as long as the food is good right? Pad Thai is one of my fav dishes so I do hold it to a high standard. With that being said, I would say that this place knows what they’re doing. Parking — not bad at all. There is tons of metered and residential parking. Service — very nice. They’re pretty quick with bringing the food out and very polite as well. Food — amazeballs! I usually only come here for the pad Thai so that’s all I can talk about right now. It takes like 5 – 10 minutes for them to cook it which is great for my haaaaangry self! I like how the noodles aren’t too saucy and how they put the bean sprouts and peanuts on the side. Generous portion for $ 9…you can’t beat that! Definitely will be back!

Although the service is not the best, the food is good most of the time and the prices are decent. My favorite is the spicy eggplant and the Tom Kha or Tom yum gai. I also love the papaya salad. The credit card minimum is $ 12. But I have to add, The food is not consistent. The food is sometimes over cooked or undercooked and the mango with sticky rice was not ripe!

Customer Service sometimes takes longer for them to take your orderI and my other half enjoy eating Thai Cuisine. We order the Pad Thai and Tom Yum Seafood Soup with Kaffir Lime. The food is tasty.

Delivery one time via Eat 24 is not their strong point. 2 hours — this failure is consistent –every time I ordered. If you do make it to the location it’s not unusual to see a bug company spraying while you are having food.

After being served at Vanida Thai down a couple of blocks, I realize how much I adore King of Thai. For one, King of Thai often serves you a dish within 20 minutes. Unlike Vanida, our dishes never came… and we waited for 45 minutes. Secondly the wait staff here are better trained. They will respond to your requests either immediately or within a short time frame. Also their quality of food is better. Don’t be scared of their sparten layout and lack of decorations, this place has good food, great service, and doesn’t put up airs like other restaurants in the neighborhood.(I’m looking at you Vanida)

Come here to pick up food cuz I know they are quick n I was starving. but after discovering a cockaroach party underneath my crispy noodles that goes with seafood gravy. I don’t think I can eat any of the three dishes I got from here cuz all of them have black flakes in it n I’m scare they might be other cockaroches too. I’m usually not picky but these cockaroches were fully alive n running around in my noodles n plate. wtf! I didn’t sign up to eat on Guinness world records. Fuck no. never coming back! wanted to go complain but I don’t wanna waste my time. just warning peeps on here. You might get a side of bugs with your order. smh!

Food is tasty, but the take-out portions seem to be smaller than the portions you would normally get in the restaurant. For that reason alone, I have to move them down a star. But the Pad Thai and Thai Style Fried Rice were delicious. My tummy gives King of Thai Noodle Café…3 Stars!

Came here on a Friday night. This place was delicious. Had the Panang with duck and the little lady had some sweet and sour soup with glass noodles. Thai ice tea for drinks.

Food: 8⁄10 The food here is so good! I went here with my homegurl Clare after work because we heard from a coworker that it was really good. We ordered the chicken over rice, crab fried rice, pad Thai, and pananm curry? I think that’s how you spell it! I’m not sure but correct me if I am The food was savory and tastey! I’ve had better pad Thai but this one is pretty good. I normally like a more flavorful taste. I usually like to mix everything together and make like a mixture of the food flavors lol tell me I am not the only one who does this? but anyways it’s really good here We ordered four things and the servings are pretty big! Prices are around 8 – 13 $ for what we got also. Atmosphere: not very decorated just a «come in and eat» type of place Service: good service! Friendly! I would recommend this place to you ! So try it :3

I am very, very surprised this King of Thai location is rated so low. What gives?! I love the smells of thai food being made right before I walk in. Another plus, open pretty late. I really commend them on the tasty flavors in each dish I’ve tried here. By far, one of my top fav Thai eateries. I’ve been here about numerous times… and I usually get #33 fried rice with roast duck. Very tasty dish. Add some jalapeños juice and you’re good. I’ve also tried my friends’ dishes before, larb salad(ground meat with a Thai dressing stir fry w/lettuce cups) Ground meat sauté with basil sauce. coconut milk type soup, pad kee Mao… And each dish is flavored with many Thai flavors and sauces it’s veryyy tasty. I’m sure their other dishes are just as great.

Is about time they shut this place down. Last time saw a cockroach or grasshopper just chillin in the wall so we promptly moved tables and watch with hilarity as the waitress tried to figure out what was wrong and then panic as they realized there was a creepy crawly there. Just got delivery from them yesterday and now I have pretty bad food poisoning. The one by union square is great. The sunset kind of Thai is gross. Thai iced tea was watery and bland. Also gross.

Good eating. First here today and I was not impressed. The location is on Taraval in the Sunset District. You can’t miss it. There is a fairly big sign outside. There are a several tables inside so if you come with a group of 4 to 6 you can definitely sit comfortably for lunch or dinner. The menu is great. Lots of spicy options to choose from which is how I like it. From rice plates, noodles, to the recommendations you really can’t go wrong with picky anything. I sat for about 10 minutes before I finally decided on the PADKEEMAO, great choice. This was followed by my favorite beverage of choice, THAITEA!!! It wasn’t too busy when I got here which made for some rather quick service. I waited for about 10 minutes or so for my food to get prepared. While I waited I noticed to cooking area to my right. All the cooking happening behind a class to the right of the entrance. You can smell the food being cooked if you are seated close to the area or if you are passing by outside. The door to the restaurant remains open in the morning I guess! Once I finally got my food I made my way home. Once situated I indulged in my food. The smell of the food was just so good. Even as I was driving I could smell all the different flavors in the food. Made for an exciting ride home!!! When I finally had my fork in hand I went in for that first bite…*drum roll*…INCREDIBLE! It was more incredible that«THEINCREDIBLES». I wasn’t sure was possible but it is true. Every bite was spicy, sweet, and savory. This is the first meal where I have had so many different tastes LAUNCHING in my mouth. The meal was sensational. If this is how they normally make their meals I may to start endorsing this place a whole lot more. The perfect place for me to come on such a sunny day. Making wise choices when it comes to food is always a must no matter what. This place was without a doubt a WISE choice. Treat yourself to something nice and stop by.

Found a fly larvae, now I have to go to the doctor… Also the waiters are rude and inexperienced to provide customer service. Warning check food before you eat here

I just cut the inside of my mouth from this small piece of aluminum that was in my chicken skewer. I just spent $ 17 on a whole meal and now I’m going to throw it all away. Disgusted.

Get here 30mins before close time and they say to me «to-go only». I don’t mind but if you want to be seated get here earlier !!! I always order pad Thai here. I just like the soury taste()

I crave this place! My husband and I used to live right down the street and after moving away(while pregnant and having cravings), when we moved back to the area this was the first place I wanted to go. We ended up going for my birthday and I ordered exactly what I wanted. The thing I love about this place is that the food always tastes the same and they are very quick when getting the food to the table after you order it. So, if you’re really hungry you don’t have to worry about a super long wait time even if they’re busy. One good thing is that they used to accept cash only but now accept cards which makes it more convenient. Can’t wait to go back!
