My specialties are chronic lower back syndrome, hip, shoulder and knee replacement post surgery.

Hi, here is a picture of me outside with two of my clients enjoying the Harry Street Stairs in Glen Park. I have been in the fitness Industry for 19 years and I have trained many people of all ages and body types. I am skilled in many different training modalities including personal training, Pilates and yoga. I believe I am an amazing trainer and I give 100% of myself to my clients during each session and expect the same in return. Training sessions can be rehabilitative, sport specific, fun energetic and addictive.
